Stopped in yesterday to see what the cost and timing would be to tint all windows of my MINI Countryman SE ALL4. I was thinking I wanted dark tint all around, except for the windscreen. They made a valid point that the driver's and front passenger's side windows should be a little lighter for visibility and safety during night time driving. I returned this morning at around 11-11:30 and they were able to get started right away. I was out of there a bit past 1:00. They have a decent waiting area with a couple of couches and a cute mini poodle (?) lounging around. I'd definitely go back and recommend to others. read more

I don't recommend this place. I had to go back for to fix a window that was peeling and had to come back more than three times for them to fix it. The last time I was in to get it fixed from being told to "come back tomorrow" after 3 times they finally pulled my vehicle back. The reason I'm writing this is warn people to check their vehicles for all their belongings before leaving since I think they rummage through your vehicle and center console when they have your vehicle out of site. read more

Beware, I wouldn't go back! Had issues immediately with the install. Had to take it back to fix small bubbles, tint pealing off, permanent scratch marks from their install and they left my car a mess. They ruined my back window by scratching the underside corners when removing my old tint. Their excuse was that it was there before, yeah right... it was not there before I took it to your shop. They refused to fix it or take RESPONSIBILITY ! Now I need a new rear window if I want to fix the scratches. When I asked them to repair the damage that they caused I received many excuses. After having two coworkers recommend this place I gave them a call to set up an appt. It took a couple of attempts over a few days, but I finally got a hold of someone who said appointments were not needed and to just come on in. They also gave me an estimate over the phone ($200) ceramic tint for my back side windows and back window of my vehicle. They close at 4PM and I usually work until 430, so I made arrangements at work to take a three hours vacation time and swing by this afternoon. They are in an industrial and easy to find area. Here's where the problems began: First I walked in and talked briefly to a young lady who came off as confused. She talked to the guys in the back and came back with a different estimate of $250. That's ok - still a great price. Before disappearing, she handed me paperwork to fill out. After filling it out, I waited...and waited....and waited...poked my head in the back looking for her without luck. I then noticed a small sign that said 'cash only'. Well, crap, I was going to charge the service. However, I wanted to wait and verify this verbally with her. If she ever came back. She never did. No one did. Finally, after 20+ mins of waiting for her, or anyone, to return to the front room where customers wait, I gave up. The 1 star is not necessarily for their window tint installation because I never got that far. It could be great or horrible for all I know. The 1 star is for lack of customer service...or even acknowledgment. I'm upset that I took vacation hours from work. I still want my windows tinted, but I will be going elsewhere. read more

Great work, super dark tints and quick friendly service! Called and they said to stop in as a walk-in. By 8:05 the next morning there were 3-4 cars in front of me. People are lining up to get their car windows tinted here. After a quick discussion of options, I was on my way leaving my car to get the original tint removed and replaced with a much darker higher quality tint film. The car was ready when they said it would be and I was immediately impressed with the quality of work and the product. Highly recommended!! I called in around 10:30 am asking if they can tint my jeep all around,they said yeah bring it right in.Once i got there and showed them my jeep they asked me if the jeep has any old tint ,i said yeah just the back windows,They said they don't take off old tint and told me they can just put it over the old tint.I asked them why don't you guys take off old tint they said because it takes to much time.They weren't even busy they had one car but it was already done.Thats when I noticed they just want to do easy jobs they don't want to take of old tint because its take to much time.If can give them 0 stars i would, they made me lose so much time.They have really bad costumer service.I don't recommend this place unless you just want to lose time.! read more

I used to love this place my daughter and I change cars every 2 years and never had a bad experience until this last time. I took my new car to get its tint and I trusted them to do a good job because they always have, however this time was the exception they did a horrible job I have bubbles on my back window and you can see scratches on the tint, and the windows have purple streaks it's only been a few months since I got this car brand new, and a bad tint job cheapens it. My husband took it back to show them because they said that their work is guaranteed with the receipt but they proceeded to tell him that it doesn't always come out perfect. Love this place! I came in, and there was one person ahead of me, but my car was still taken care of rather quickly once it was my turn. The owner came out and spoke to me for a little while, very nice man, and the pricing was very good! This is a follow-up to a previous review. I have a BMW i3 and it has very small windows in the back that are hard to reach. Also, the car automatically cracks the windows when closing the door(s). As a consequence, I had to have Luis re-apply new covering a couple of times. The last time he asked if I could leave the car for a day so that it could dry in the sun before I took it home. He went the extra mile to make sure the window tinting would adhere and they look amazing. I have to point out that all those replacements were on his dime. They are very careless in their installation. They do not clean the up water that drips everywhere during installation. The cuts are sloppy and multiple bubbles can be seen throughout. I even had scratches in the tint. When I pointed them out, I was told that they will remove the film and give me my money back. They clearly do not stand behind their work and do not care about customer satisfaction. If it were me, I would offer to replace it right away. It's a crapshoot here. If I wanted to gamble I'd go to a casino. read more

Glad i listened. Their work is clean, efficient AND they offer a LIFETIME WARRANTY on their work!!! It also turns out, i didnt know what shade i wanted until they tinted all my windows. I called days in advance to ask if they were open and taking appointments. I was told to show up early at 8 on a Saturday when they opened and that no appointment was needed. I showed up at 7:45 and waited until 10:00. They never opened. I drove an hour to get this done. Either set appointments for customers or open when you say you are supposed to. There were 3 other customers waiting. This isn't a professional way to run a business. read more
