Thank you for your fantastic turnaround time for your Wash & Fold service. (If you drop your laundry off before noon, it'll be done the same day.) $1.05 per lb to have someone else wash, dry, & neatly fold my laundry.... I don't think anything (besides kittens) could be better than that. It's not that I don't like doing laundry; it's just that, as a busy adult with more than one job, laundry ranks right up there with doing dishes in the list of things that I NEVER feel like doing once I get home from work. (Actually, I hate doing dishes; but I digress.) I dropped off a massive amount of laundry to a very friendly clerk who patiently weighed it all out & tallied up the price. When I came back to pick up my laundry, the informal clothing (workout gear, pjs, etc) was packed up neatly in bags, folded PERFECTLY, & the sweaters/slacks/formal clothing was on hangers, bundled inside plastic garment bags (as one would get from the drycleaners). Everything was extremely fresh & did I mention that everything was perfectly folded? I am SO impressed. Absolutely worth the price. I never thought I'd say this about a laundry service, but.... I love you guys. Seriously.

11/28/25, I came to the laundromat here on 91st and Fond du Lac in Milwaukee, Wisconsin and loaded…read morethe machine and as I begin to put the coins in the machine, it stopped working. The machine which was a $7.75 machine took only $4 and wouldn't money. I see there's a number posted on the wall for any problems. I called the number, and the gentleman who answered the phone was very rude. I explained to him the situation and he suggested that I move to another machine. I did not want to move to another machine, nor should I have had to move to another machine if there was on site maintenance at this location. The only suggestion that was given was I can mail you a refund, which I know will never happen because I've had this problem before and I've never got refunded. I want my money back I don't care if it is $4. At least show that you all actually care about your customers. The attitude of the owner or manager was very rude and disrespectfu. I WILL NEVER COME TO THIS LAUNDROMAT EVER AGAIN
