Unfortunately, this is one experience I cannot stay silent about. Our group recently spent over $8,000 to charter a bus for what should have been a memorable trip. Instead, it turned into one of the most disappointing customer service experiences I've ever had. From the moment we boarded, it was obvious the bus had not been properly cleaned. The floors were filthy, but even worse, the waste tank from the previous trip had never been emptied. Imagine being trapped on a bus for more than seven hours with the overwhelming smell of someone else's sewage. It was nauseating, embarrassing, and completely unacceptable. Instead of immediately correcting the problem, we were forced to spend our own money on air fresheners and cleaning products just to make the ride somewhat bearable. The driver showed little urgency because he wasn't sitting in the back where the smell was the strongest. It wasn't until passengers refused to get back on the bus that the owner finally instructed the driver to empty the waste tank. We hoped that would be the end of it. It wasn't. On the return trip, while driving through heavy rain, the roof began leaking onto passengers and their belongings. When the owner was contacted, rather than expressing concern, he claimed he reviewed the bus cameras and "didn't see" any leak. It's hard to understand how a camera could dismiss what an entire bus full of passengers witnessed firsthand. After spending thousands of dollars, we were left with a dirty bus, unbearable odors, a leaking roof, damaged belongings, and a level of customer service that made us feel like our concerns simply didn't matter. The only resolution offered? A discount on a future trip. Respectfully, no thank you. A company earns trust by how it responds when something goes wrong. In this case, there was no accountability, no genuine apology, and no meaningful effort to make things right. My advice to anyone considering this company is simple: be cautious. Businesses that require full payment upfront should still be held accountable for delivering the quality and professionalism they promised. Once they have your money, you shouldn't have to fight to receive the service you already paid for. I sincerely hope this review encourages the company to improve its standards so that no other family, school, or organization has to endure the experience we did.

From the moment we boarded, there was an unpleasant odor on the bus. By our first stop, the smell had become overwhelming. The bus was filled with the odor of urine and feces, even though no one from our group had used the onboard restroom. The smell became so bad that passengers could not comfortably sit in the back of the bus. In an effort to make the trip bearable, we purchased bleach and air freshener ourselves. Troop leaders repeatedly sprayed disinfectant and air freshener before the children boarded. We also asked the driver to have the restroom emptied and cleaned, and parents even provided locations where the restroom could be serviced. The issue persisted throughout much of the trip. What was most disappointing was the response from the owner when we raised our concerns. We were told that the company was "a bus service, not a cleaning service." Cleanliness and sanitation should be a basic expectation when transporting passengers--especially children. Based on our experience, I would strongly recommend inspecting any bus thoroughly before departure. No group should have to endure hours of travel in those conditions. This version keeps the focus on documented facts, which tends to carry more weight with potential customers and is less likely to be challenged by the company.

We agreed and made a reservation to pick us up at 8:30 AM on 11/9/2025 at our cruise ship terminal (RCC Independence of the Seas). We were told where to go to meet the shuttle, but were not told that we needed to call when we got off the ship. At around 8:25 AM we noticed the shuttle was not there and I called. It went to voicemail and the mailbox was full. I then called and spoke to the original driver and he said to try calling again. By now it was 8:33 AM. A man answered and we asked about our shuttle. He then said that we didn't call before 8:30 AM and therefore the shuttle left. I informed him that the shuttle was never there and he was very argumenative about how the shuttle left the port and that I should have called before 8:30 AM. I was then told I could wait until 10:30 for the next shuttle. I told him to please refund me and I will get a taxi. He then said to call the next day after 12:00 PM and he would handle the refund. Just as I suspected, when I called today (11/10/2025) he said he would not give me a refund because I could have waited until 10:30 AM for the next shuttle. I gave him some choice words and told him that I would dispute through my bank and then hung up. He attempted to call back, but I did not answer. I have since disputed with my bank and expect that my Bank will handle it properly. Overall the person I spoke to was extremely defensive and argumentative from start to finish and would not have a civil conversation with me. This is not what we expected after having a very nice driver on the way to the port. Having seen other reviews, it seems others have had similar experiences. Do not use them!!! I can only assume that the positive reviews that they have are from friends or family to offset the amount of negative experiences. They do not seem organic. Proceed with caution!!!!
