First time renting in my own and let me tell you that this community (management) has made it a very bad experience. I've had some issues with them were they have sent people to make an inspection then no one has record of it, they won't respond to my emails or text messages. They told me my deposit was going to be under $500 then I ended up giving a deposit of over $1,200 which is ridiculous. read more

Oh, I just loved staying here. The apartment was lovely and the maintenance is also quite good. It was my first apartment in US and it had the view of the swimming pool. I would suggest this place for anyone who wants to live in a good place in an affordable price. read more

AVOID AT ALL COSTS! My husband and I unfortunately made the grave deadly mistake of living here. All their buildings have been INFESTED WITH ROACHES FOR YEARS AND YEARS. They try to cover them up by not telling you and by having these monthly 'checks' which they try to claim are for bedbugs and maintenance but in reality they look out for any signs/symptoms of roaches. Once they find any signs/symptoms of roaches in your apartment (during these monthly 'checks'), they file a notice ordering you to leave but still demanding that you pay for the rest of your lease. This is an inhumane practice that they have been used to doing to poor residents in the past. This is because they are afraid that you would break your lease or file a lawsuit against them when you discover that their buildings are infested with roaches, so they quickly take action by trying to claim that your apartment wasn't 'clean enough' and therefore you are the one who attracted the roaches when the buildings have already been infested with roaches for years (this is also a way for them to steal/profit months and months of rent off of you even when you've already moved out). Over the years, we've sadly met and spoken to previous and current residents that have been victims to this cruel, wrong, immoral practice by Sun Prairie (under PPM inc) and these poor residents have been extorted and stolen of $1,000-$4,000 of dollars each time. read more

I have lived in Sun Prairie for several years. The management is very friendly and professional. Maintenance is a high priority. All my questions or concerns have been addressed in an expedient manner. Landlord/tenant relations is a two way street and only as good as the people involved. In my experience, the management is fair and tries hard to do a good job on all fronts. They take pride in the property. The only negative that I have, is a wish that some of my neighbors cared as much about the place they call home. read more

This place is a joke. Heaven forbid you leave something on your patio for an hour and you've already got management calling to threaten you with eviction. Yet the people two units down use theirs as a storage unit without a problem. Upstairs neighbors can play music as loud as they want whenever they want and they refuse to do anything about it, despite it being a legitimate lease violation. They so nicely provide an after hours noise number too but when you call they tell you there's nothing they can do. Now when you are getting ready to move out, messes and boxes everywhere, they so kindly give you 24 hours notice that you need to clean because they'll be showing the unit. What. A. Joke. Who even shows a unit that's still inhabited? Nevertheless the bathroom ceiling looks like garbage because when the upstairs people flooded their bathroom it ruined my ceiling and it never got fully fixed. Terrible place to live. Ridiculously loud neighbor upstairs, beyond Normal apt noise. Obnoxiously loud and rude and I've complained to management and they won't do anything about it. Tell me it's normal every day apt noise. Not normal. Not this type of noise and not to do anything about it is bull and to keep telling me it's normal apt noise is ridiculous. Way more than that. Avoid at all cost!! The buildings themselves have structural issues that make extremely loud creaking noises with every step the upstairs neighbor takes, resulting in many sleepless nights. Cockroaches have been an unsolved issue for many, many years in these buildings, which unfortunately included my unit. Laundry facilities cannot be trusted in these buildings after having expensive clothing stolen. Water temperature is often irregular- alternating from scorching hot to cold in one short shower. If I could have terminated my lease early, I would have. I HIGHLY suggest not living here. read more

This is the best apartment company I have ever rented from. The apartments are up to date, very homey, and reasonably priced. They do a great job of snow/ice removal and the parking situation is really great for winter weather. Every time I have had a maintenance request they come the day of to fix it or within 24 hours. My apartment has been pretty sound proof in that I can't hear any neighbors making any sort of noise in my apartment. They routinely check for insects and do routine pest control. Storage units and garages are reasonably priced as well and they offer great deals with utilities. My entire security deposit was reimbursed as well. read more

Overall this place is a great place to live. I have lived here for a couple of years. I have only seen two coach roaches which maintenance was there the next day to spray. I haven't seen any more for over a year. Twice a year the bed bug dog comes to check. The newer apartment are in better shape then the older apartments. I assume by reading the reviews they live in the older apartments. The pool, dog park and play ground are amazing! The staff is always friendly. I never hear my neighbors which is a huge plus. The washer & dryer could be better but it is a community service so it would be hard to keep them up to date. Overall great & I will leave another review if I ever decide to leave. Nasty place and even nastier people. Pat or Patty whatever her name is (grumpy, rude, old woman who has nothing but bad intentions towards people) told us she will fix the roaches problems we had in our apartments, but months went by and there were no 'pest control' that she claimed. In fact, she tried to blame it on us that we had 'expired' food in our fridge and that we don't wash our dishes immediately (what household washes dishes immediately)? To top it all off, neighbors from the same building and other buildings that we stumbled into and chatted with also complained that they experienced the same series of events and even some complained about the accounting person Casey apparently 'forgetting' to record their monthly rent payment which resulted in some of them having forced to pay additional $800-$1,200 for no reason. LIARS, SCAMMERS, THIEVES - DO NOT LIVE HERE as you do not deserve to go through what many of us went through. read more
