I would look anywhere but here for a stay in Bellingham.

The next morning, went in to pay, and the people at the front desk were phenomenally welcoming, helpful, and friendly. Facilities were wonderful - used the laundry, shower, and bathroom- all very clean, all very nice & warm. Layout is easy, and the Cruisin Coffee within a short walk has _really_ good coffee. (Eggnog FTW) Whenever I am in town with the rig, I will definitely be staying here.

They said since we were just switching rooms they'd let staff know so they'd do our room 1st...didn't happen, our room was actually ready after the 4pm checking. Time so we were in limbo. Restaurant was a nightmare, kitchen bar was sadly understaffed. We got there early for our 6:30 reservation, had to wait which is reasonable since we were early but they started seating walk-in sat 6:35 and we questioned it and suddenly our table was ready. Waitress was absent most of the time, she literally walked away from our table Mid order because she got distracted. 20min later we flagged down our bus boy and eventually got out waitress. Dinner arrived around 8:30 (6:30 reservation) and was just my husbands barely warm fish and chips, my food arrived a bit later. We just got it to go and left, $120 We won't get back in a resort restaurant that should've been better

It is also very close to Richmond in Canada where we love to go for good Cantonese food. This last trip was the second time we managed to book a presidential suite with a private hot tub in the balcony. The unit is a bit dated, but spacious and comfortable. It's also very good to know that they send service personnel to check the hot tub every other day. The resort also has clamming equipment that can be borrowed. We got a lot of huge cockles and horse clams on the beach in the Birch Bay State Park which is about a mile away. We always have a great time at this resort.

This is the closest WorldMark to the U.S. Canada Border in Blaine, which is about 6.5 miles drive from the resort. We arrived around 1:00a, check-in was fast and we were given our key cards and parking pass. As all of WorldMark by Wyndham resorts the unit was clean with a fully-equipped kitchen including a microwave, refrigerator, and stovetop along with a separate living area. We had a studio unit (only one available at time of booking) and our room was on the 5th floor. As always during our trips we never get to enjoy the hotel amenities (pool, recreation area, etc) since we always start our day out early and arrive back late. Can't waste any adventure time while on vacation. For our last evening we walked across the street to Bay Breeze Restaurant & Bar. I recently was invited out with some friends on their new boat (did I mention how lucky I feel sometimes?) and we had an AMAZING day tied up at the main dock, barbecuing fresh salmon, tossing back a few cold ones, playing some cards, and enjoying a nice relaxing Sunday on the island. There's a lot to love about Sucia. It's isolated (accessible only by boat), uncrowded (because, let's face it, not everybody has a boat), unscathed, and beautiful...yet still has a few "creature comforts" that we semi-outdoorsy types love (like pit toilets, picnic tables, and even cell phone service). If you don't have a boat you can catch one from Orcas or another nearby island - some will even haul your kayak over, too, so you can enjoy some quality time paddling around the island and its beautiful inlets and bays. There are also several lovely campsites right by the main boating dock - can't wait to get back here with my tent, my kayak, and a good book or two. Just remember, if you go on a weekend day get here early for the best spot at the dock!

The bed is very firm, I didn't care but the husband complained. We should be reimbursed for that cleaning fee. I cleaned more than the housekeeper did. The living room was cozy and the internet worked great! I imagine dogs are not allowed get my allergies went crazy and there was white fur on the furniture. I swear the floors had a couple pee spots, I cleaned them. If they had a better cleaner I would go back.

It's also really close to the town. The house itself was great!! I loved all the little touches like the tiling in the shower and the decor is so beautiful. It was very clean and it was like they had thought of everything we would need in the kitchen (gotta have that blender to make girls weekend margaritas) The house was really clean and there were plenty of towels for all 6 of us. We definitely enjoyed the hot tub after a long day of hiking and kayaking in the sound. The whole process of booking, checking in and checking out was so smooth!! Todd sent me a personalized login for their website where I had access to everything I needed including awesome touches like ideas on where to eat and hike. He had a great book put together to walk us through everything we needed to do at the end of the trip. He also checked in with me during the trip to make sure all was going smoothly. Great customer service!! All of the girls loved this place and we will definitely be planning another trip here in the future!

During your stay you can get complimentary passes to a couple gyms/pools in town. You either make the walk or drive to them however. I do enjoy an attached gym and pool. That was the only downside. You can also get a free pass for a yoga class! The yoga studio is two stores down and seems so fun. I would have scheduled a massage here as it was super reasonably priced for 60 or 90 minutes, but the last booking was nabbed by the time I made up my mind. Also, free bike check out if you happen to be here during nicer weather. Too cold for us. In the room you'll find quality bath amenities, free snacks and drinks, coffee maker, water kettle, teas, and a decent sized fridge. The bathroom had ample towels and nice shampoo/conditioner/body wash dispensers (simple human). There was a hair dryer (not the best) and a lighted makeup mirror. If you've forgotten something (toothbrush/paste, razor, etc) they have some convenient supplies at their front desk per the in-room info folder. The only thing you'll want to note is that our sink/mirror was outside of the shower/bathroom if that matters to you or your roomate. Very clean and appreciate that pets are not allowed here. Would definitely stay here again. Parking: Ample street parking adjacent to the hotel during our stay.

I've never stayed on a property where you are escorted to your room upon checking in and are offered an introduction to all of the details. There are small luxuries everywhere you look. Upscale toiletries and fixtures, the smoothest sheets I've ever slept on, complimentary snack basket in your room. In addition the downtown is charming and immaculate. Flowers overflowing from hanging baskets and decorative pots, Avenue Bread right off the hotel lobby (IYKYK) and cute locally owned shops. Put this inn on your bucket list!
