It took them 1hr 45 minutes to do a nine month check up. Nothing crazy. Every single appointment has been crazy long wait and if the kids are sick, the sick visit times aren't even until a day or two later and rarely same day. I've been going to urgent care's instead. Doctors are supposed to have same day sick visits. I feel like they are seriously overbooking or have no staff or both. Now I give 5 starts for the nurses and secretaries who are amazing when I call or see them, but the review is solely based on how inefficient the office is.
