Walked in for a reflexology pedicure with gel polish. They were able to accommodate me immediately. The nail tech did a good job with the cleaning and massage but didn't polish well. From far it looked good but up close part of my toe nails didn't have any polish and it started chipping a few days in. Also, they should limit the side comments about their clients (I speak Vietnamese so I understood everything they said). read more

I visited here Saturday around 3PM. I have been looking for a place that does a fairly good job & does designs. I think I found it. I'm not sure who did my pedicure but Tina did my manicure. I originally asked for a nail design & they ended up just putting stickers on (only about three of the techs do designs & I think they were all pretty busy) so I agreed to stickers. The major con - with really any nail place, is pricing isn't really talked about. However, they were happy to explain what I was charged for & answering all my questions for next time. My gel on pedicure ended up bubbling & coming off the next day but they were happy to fix it. All in all, I really enjoyed this place & look forward to being a returning customer. read more

What a special find this place really deliver the goods. Brand new chairs. Super detailed staff. Chill, nobody is rushing you or timing your session. My son wanted a pedi for his birthday, he works retail so he is on his feet a lot and for his birthday he wanted a deep tissue reflexology. He chose the special reflexology and they get deep with a reflexology tool, which we both enjoyed. Disclaimer, I think most nail salons give you a list of things and time limits and I have always suspected most of the things were the same, except the time limit. Here, the choices were very different and time was not even given. I really liked that as the reflexology massage was deep and penetrating, unlike most massages I had. Even though I kindly requested numerous times for them to push back my cuticles, they refused and started shaving my nails with the nail drill. They didn't even clean up underneath my nails. She spent no more than five minutes on my nails before telling me to go wash my hands and then wasn't even at the table when I was done . Multiple employees came over to "watch" and were talking and writing notes for other peoples appointments on the table that I was getting my nails done at. Giving 3 stars due to my technician being extremely slow. She was very consumed with looking around at what other technicians and patrons were doing while providing service. My husband and I arrived for a mani and pedi. There was no wait, which was a plus! My tech Nancy started my pedicure a few minutes before my husband's. We both got the P2 (mine with gel polish), and an M1. His tech Jenny was efficient and provided great service. He was completely done with both his mani and pedi before my pedi was completed. I was then led to the manicure station and sat with a tech. I advised her that I only wanted regular polish on my nails and was asked to moved to Nancy's station. Nancy then proceeded to vanish for 5-6 minutes while I waited and at this point my husband was there sitting next to me waiting as well. I ultimately decided to leave without getting a mani because I didn't want to be in the salon for another hour. Upon paying the manager attempted to tell me gel polish takes a long time to administer which is why it took me so long. I politely advised her I've been getting gel polish for quite some time, and getting my nails done for well over 20 years and thanked her for her explanation. Perhaps we will return to give the salon another shot, but I'll request another technician for sure. read more

I love this place! I'm so happy it moved into our neighborhood. I feel like the options and pricing for Pedicures are super reasonable. My husband and I love going in together for pedicures and they're always able to accommodate us at the same time. I feel like in some places they'll start on me first and then I'm waiting on him once I'm done. I also get a manicure with gel polish and it costs me $35, which feels super fair. My sister came into town from Wisconsin and we went and she was shocked at the pricing and felt the services would be 30% more where she goes. I can't say that I'm very experienced getting manicures and pedicures, but I can tell a fingernail that's cut evenly from one that's not. I had a problem with a couple fingernails splitting as they grew out, and thought getting a professional trim and some clear polish would help solve the problem. I wasn't paying enough attention during the manicure, because after I left I noticed several nails were cut unevenly and the polish wasn't applied thoroughly to all nails. It wasn't too terrible, but with all of the salons in the area I'll give another one a try and my money next time. read more

Pretty good place! My fill was a little rough, the tech used a very course dremel head and I think some of my skin also got sanded off. Additionally, the dremel attachments did not appear to be fresh/cleaned. The pedicure, however, was fantastic. Even the most basic option includes exfoliation and hot stone massage and a callus treatment. Everything is brand new and the manicure and pedicure chairs are very comfortable. I'll probably be back, it's convenient and pretty inside, but I'll likely ask them to take it easy with the dremel next time read more

This is the worst place to go to get your nails done. The guy doing my granddaughters nails shouldn't even touch anyone's hands. Not only was the quality poor at best he made her cry and said he wasn't fixing it and to 74.00. Told him to fix it and he all of a sudden couldn't speak English; finally after arguing with him he fixed the nails (still a crappy job). Had to take my granddaughter to another nail salon who did an amazing job and fixed everything he did wrong. The stylist said he should even practice in a salon. Just beware this places robs you blind and poor quality. If I could give them a negative review I would. read more

But, Tammy was there. She happily did my nails and brows and we've been together ever since. I love the shop, the owner, his wife and the overall vibe. WORST NAIL SALON EVER!! would give 0 stars if i could. asked if they could do a nail design and they assured me they could. i don't know why they didn't just say they couldn't do it. these were the ugliest nails i've ever gotten in my entire life. The shape was lumpy and terrible and like they didn't try. The design was terrible and nothing like what I asked for. I pointed out multiple times that they were bad and the lady just kept saying "no it's cute it's cute just wait!!". I made it clear i was not satisfied with anything about the nails and the lady took my card out of my hand and put it in the machine and ran it THEN told me it was $85. They refused to do any discounts or partial refunds. The nails were so bad I had to go somewhere else to get them fixed and that salon was so shocked that a place even let me walk out looking like that. He was very upset by the response, but left without incident. Beautiful facility and very friendly staff! I was greeted and seated within 10 minutes by Kim. She did a fabulous job on my acrylic fil and gel polish request. I got color Starfish in the mermaid gel collection. Very clean salon! I will definitely be back in two weeks for a fill and will try a pedicure. They are open until 5:30pm on Sundays as well.
