Don't go here I got a pedicure done here. I told the guy exactly what I wanted and I knew what I was going to pay. I got the delux service once everything was good until I ended up paying more than what I expected and he told me that he actually did the other one which is a lot more pricey...Why would you do a service I did not ask for ? Maybe more money if he didn't do that to me he would have gotten a better tip. Just doesn't make sense to me I will never go here again. And if you do go here, make sure you make it loud and clear what you're getting and ask for the price ahead of time. Or pay ahead of time so they don't scam you. I ended up paying 100 bucks for a pedicure. I've never done that before. And he tried to push me to get my nails done. I'm so happy I didn't. Something felt fishy I should have went with my gut but hey now I know. If I did my nails probably would have came out to $200. I'm not the type of a person to write reviews, but I'm actually pretty upset. And if anyone wants to spend around that price, I promise you, you could go to another place. That's way better. Nail Tech: Hannah Natural Nails I would not recommend this shop to anyone. This was the worst manicure I ever had in my life. The tech actually used a drill for my cuticles and nippers around my nails. She took a chunk of skin off my finger near the top of the nail. I didn't realize it until I left the shop. I washed my hands and my fingertips started burning. I looked at my fingers and saw the horror. She chopped away skin all around my nails. I went back to the salon to show her how she broke my skin, and the butched skin around my nails, she said I had a hangnail at the top of my nail. Here it is 6 days later and I still have swelling, and soreness around my cuticles and nails. (Hannah and two other male techs tried to tell me to put vaseline on my fingers. I've actually have been using Neosporin. They're quick to say no refund, even before I asked for one. ) They are overpriced and did not give the service which was advertised. Part #2 I will be reporting this salon.to the Florida Department of Health or the DBPR. read more

I came in on Sat with a simple picture of my nails. I wanted square and she said the design would look better coffin. I took her suggestion and then asked if I wanted pink powder I said the regular acrylic is better since I love to change my color and designs often. She finished and they looked ok and because I was pressed for time. I paid $75 for my nails. I got home and seen how crooked one was and how they weren't coffin 1 or 2 were but the others were more squarish. So I called and spoke to someone about getting them fixed. I expressed all that was wrong and they said come in and we'll fix it. Awesome I felt relieved. I came in this evening and someone re-shaped them and I was told someone would repaint since the reshaping took off some of the gel polish and design. I spoke to a girl and when I told her my issue she said I'll have to take all of it off and pay for a repaint. That's ridiculous. I was told twice they would fix and then she tells me I have to pay more for their mishap. Then after she walked away I was moved from one seat to another and have been waiting not 30 minutes to get the polish fixed. Then she finally gets to me and I told her 2 ppl told me they would fix what was wrong. And I thought she said they usually charge 20 for a polish change and since 2 ppl said they would fix it I thought it was on the house. OH NO THEY STILL CHARGED ME. What the hell. I paid way too much for messed up nails. I will not return. I've been coming to this salon for a year and a half. Now I have to search for another salon. Do better. This was the worst experience I've ever had at a salon. You shouldn't say on the phone you'll fix and they don't read more

The Customer service was amazing let me start with that. Being a lic Cosmetology myself. I have been doing my own nails for yrs. And I decided to treat myself and let someone else do them for a event I have coming up. I was very happy with the service I was given till I cashed out and sent into a state of shock with the price I paid for a full set and pedi. I was never quoted a price for service which if I had been I would have not been in such shock... I have never paid, nor as a tech myself charged $150 for dip simple set and pedi. Eyebrows waxed: The male owner of this place applied it, spreading it into my eyelids. The wax was also too hot. He was in a hurry. He burned my skin & ripped parts of the top derma off. When I told him it was stinging, he put baby powder on them, instead of a cooling agent or corn starch. The baby powder aggravated it more. The next day, I came back & showed him. Instead of having the decency to apologize & take ownership of his mishap, he was indifferent & only said that it's never happened before. I demanded my money back & got it. As I was leaving, a female employee stopped me, & on her own, gently put Neosporin on them, which is what should have been done by him at the time of injury. She apologized & seemed embarrassed at his irresponsibility. The customers who saw how swollen & I flamed my eyelids were, were shocked at his indifference. I had to go to work like this & these effects lasted for days until they healed. I am a licensed esthetician & will never recommend this place for eye waxing because of this owner. read more

This was hands down the most half assed manicure pedicure from a guy who only cared about being on his phone. I was on the verge of tears. He didn't do a massage, didn't do any cuticle trimming, no maintenance at all and then did such a terrible paint job that when I asked him to fix a really bad smudge, he just painted over the smudge and made it look worse. So I asked them to take it off all together and I stood my ground to tell them I'm not paying for the manicure and they said oh well he did it and we will give you $7 off. It's complete garbage. I go in there to have a good time and relax after some terrible things happened to me and they half ass and treat me like crap and then make me pay for it. Do not EVER go here. Consider going some where else everything was shadey. I ask for a simple pedicure manicure cause I don't get my nails done and the cost added up to $48.00. $25.00 for my feet $15.00 for my hands and $ 8.00 for them to tint my eyebrows. I ask more than twice if I was being understood when of course now nobody speaks English. So after I sit to have my manicure the young lady comes over to do my eyebrows when she finish I could not understand why my eyebrows look worse then when I came in and now what ever she used on my face is starting to burn. The manager or lady in charge answer to the solution Give them $10.00 and they will do the eyebrow tinting. And they had wax my eyebrows when I said several times I wanted my eyebrows tinted. Never ever go here . This seems more like a scam then a business. On the advertising board it said eyebrows $8.00 . When I ask the lady where was the price for the tinting listed since she was saying it was another price there was none.
