It was close to $100 for both of us to get our pedicures and I won't be going back because I feel like they did not spend enough time actually working on smoothing my feet and cleaning up the cuticles at all. My technician actually just literally tapped each one of my toenails instead of pushing back the cuticle as she should have. I asked her to redo it, but she spoke hardly any English. I almost exclusively get regular pedicures, so this review is based on that. The folks are friendly, and their chairs are comfortable. The pricing is in line with what other local spas charge, and their "basic" pedicure at $33 still includes a few perks. The biggest pro for me is the quality of their polishes. They don't have to grab one from a wall but rather choose from samples, and then they bring out a box with that polish in it. The polishes I get here consistently stay on for weeks with little to no chipping, which indicates to me that they're both solid at technique and also at ensuring the polishes they're using are of good quality and not too old or dried out. I've also never had an issue with nail damage here. On my latest visit, I overheard them working to make sure a client who didn't like their polish color got a satisfactory resolution even though it added a fair bit of workload to the nail technician. Finding out that they were run by the same ladies and being welcomed by them again face to face was a most wonderful experience. They took a especially good care of my niece, as this was her very first time getting salon nails. And though we had a small hiccup with the gel builder application by the first technician, the owner quickly took over and resolved it before I even had to say a word! THAT is stellar service! Three techs there with two other customers. The one that didn't had anyone asked me what I wanted. I say eyebrows and take a seat.
