She called someone on the phone and asked her to come over. It took her 15 minutes to get there, so my boyfriend's massage started 15 minutes after mine and didn't last as long. Both therapists kept taking breaks during the massage, answered their phones, talked to other customers, and opened the curtain to go in and out of the room where we were. There was a loud party next door that we could hear through the thin wall. The massage itself was good, especially when they used hot stones. However, I regret asking for "strong" massage rather than "medium" because those ladies are strong! Three days later, I am still sore and bruised. Their price list states that the couple's massage costs $160. When I chose "hot stone" from that list, the lady said that it was going to cost $180 because of the stones. I said OK to that. After the massage, the same lady said that I owe her $320. I showed her the price list, but she said that those prices were per person per hour, and we got two people for 90 minutes. (By that logic, shouldn't it cost $540 total?) I was disappointed about the after-the-fact price increase, but told them fine, they can keep $320. They both continued staring at me and said, "tip!" Fine, I gave them another $20. They still stared at me and said, "tip for the second person!" I finally realized that this extortion will never end. I told them that I already paid more than I expected, and we left.

When the gift card was bought, they were told it was good for an hour massage + gratuity. I tried to book my massage online and it kept saying it was $95. I was confused because I was told it was a $55 massage (gift card had $68). I called in and spoke to Natalie and explained that I was upset because the gift card wasn't good for the massage it was intended for. The person who bought it would not have randomly said they wanted $68 on a gift card. Natalie told me it was fine and the online booking system can be weird sometimes and that the gift card will work for the massage! I was happy so I booked it on the phone with her. During this, Natalie had to of had my information pulled up to see that I was there in September.. Fast forward to after my massage, Mackenzie told me my total... which was $95. I didn't have the extra $40 to spend on a massage in which I was told was $55. I was told that it's only $55 every six months? I explained what I was told and after a few minutes the manager told her to just charged me the $55 price. During this, I received no apology for the miscommunication that was solely on their part.
