From beginning to end, their customer service was fantastic and the product turned out incredible. I reached out to their general email and got a response back from Heidi who helped me the whole way. I sent her the image I wanted put onto the product and she completed it perfectly! She made the whole process super easy and I basically didn't have to do anything, which is how I like stuff like this to go. Pickup was easy as well and the employees we interacted with were kind. After the phone conversation I had today with their team about an upcoming project of mine, I just knew I had to update my review. These people are BOMB at customer service. They've bent over backwards to get prices where they need to be to fit my budget. They've handheld me through printing project after project until we've found exactly what I'm looking for. And they've even done research for me on promotional items they don't offer, but were nice enough to try to help me with. I cannot possible say enough good things about this business and the team here. Honestly. They will go above and beyond to make their customers happy, but without making you feel like you're putting them out by asking. Now that is a fine line to walk. GREAT FOR WEDDING INVITES! I worked with Teresa at United to print my wedding invitations and they turned out beautifully. She helped me choose a paper stock that would work well with my invite, which one of my bridesmaids designed. Then I just bought a few reams of the paper at The Paper Zone and gave it to Teresa and had my bridesmaid mail her the artwork files. I got 250 invitations, RSVP cards, and info cards printed with one color ink for just over $100 and I saved myself a lot of money doing my wedding invitations this way. Terrible customer service. If I had that attitude I'd be out of a job. I ordered a sign for my listing in Redmond, stating ship to my home address. It's been over a week and still no sign. I called, left a message. I called again: no answer. I emailed, the reply was I selected will call. No, I did not and sent a screen grab. Apparently there's 2 areas for shipping on their site. Is it that difficult to hire a professional to build your website when you have paying customers so there's no confusion? First of all, as a student, they not only gave me a discount, but also offered a faster turnaround and met all my deadlines. We used United Reprographics to print some business cards, flyers and banners for a local event. All of the jobs were time sensitive (i.e. I left them to the last minute) and essential to the success of the event. Everything came back better than expected and the President, Michael Barrett, called his staff after hours on a Friday night to let me into the building to pickup a print job I didn't pickup (i.e. totally forgot to pick up) during normal business hours. I had a slightly out-of-the-ordinary idea for my wedding invitations (nothing crazy, just a small booklet with a certain kind of binding), which I shopped around to several Seattle print shops. Most turned their noses up at doing anything more complicated than the standard wedding invite format, scoffed at how few I needed (80), and they all quoted me an insanely high price. I was really about to give up on the idea, when I found this place on Yelp. Teresa at United was AWESOME. Right off the bat she loved my idea, and she thought it was absurd that other print shops had been reluctant to do it. She knew exactly what I wanted and the invitations were PERFECT. I loved them. And they ended up costing about 50% less than I had anticipated! So, of course, I went on to use United for all the other various printing needs associated with my wedding, and they came through for me with flying colors every time, even when I emailed Teresa with a super-last minute emergency job literally 3 days beforehand. Also, very importantly: I know these guys do huge printing jobs for big fancy corporate clients, but they never once made me feel unimportant because I was only ordering 70 to 100 of something. This place is AMAZING! Do not bother going anywhere else! I came in with some shimmery, thick card stock that I needed my wedding invitations printed on. Everywhere else in town had turned me down and I was starting to get stressed. United Reprographics took care of it all with no problem! I had no clue how to go about getting over 1000 postcards made before a conference. United Reprographics had transparent pricing on their website (so much better than all the get-a-quote-if we-feel-like-checking-our-email I ran into elsewhere). They answered my rbg vs cyan-magenta-yellow questions on their live chat. And, when I sent them the first pdf, instead of the the final, they re-did the digital proof fast. Happy to have found United Reprographics. I was in need of scanning a hard copy 18x24 hi gloss poster. I had limited time with the hard copy so I needed a rush job and Teresa k. at united reprographics gladly squeezed me in saying they could scan it to a CD in one hour (but they actually got it out in about 40 min!). This is probably not something they can do all the time but didn't give me a hard time at all about being what I would consider one of "those" customers. I got what I needed at 400 dpi for only 35 dollars. Cheaper, faster and better DPI than unnamed company across the street. Checked the file out when I got home, you guys did a great job. Absolutely horrific service took over 10 days to receive an email back and we still have not received what we paid for.

United recently left someone else's original artwork at my house in Seattle. Random wrong delivery as I did not even have an order with them. I called to let them know. A month later I am still calling to let them know as they do not care enough to come pick it up. Now it has rained and I think this stuff is ruined. I will never use these guys since they obviously do not care about customers valuable artwork. No Stars. Disrespectful. read more

Beware! They have this sign that says they bend over backwards for their customers...I think not. I placed an order for a very simple yard sign , they did not deliver on time,in fact it took over a week to produce an inferior product. When i picked up my order i found the sign was made off of the proof I had rejected, it was the wrong size and 7 days late.
