The website was contemporary and clean and I liked the daring hair styles they could do. I gave it a shot and it was well worth it. Megan is excellent and gives you great personalized attention. She listened and delivered beyond my expectations. My first cut with her was amazing, the second was even better, and the color I just did is stunning. It does cost a small fortune to go here, but it's worth it if you want quality and long-lasting results. I don't skimp on color or cuts because that's the hair you have to live with for weeks/months!

Their prices are a little on the high-end. I live in Scottsdale Arizona, so when I get my lashes done there, I love volume and length. My lashes were not quite done to my expectation when it came to volume, so I opted to go elsewhere for my next lash extension fill. They both take time and do not rush through their work. The quality of the stylists is outstanding and the atmosphere is very positive and lively with good music. This is important if you require a 3 hour appointment as I do. Tim and Allie are both very receptive to ideas and positively encouraging change. When my daughter wanted a pixie cut and 2 stylists at our previous salon wouldn't do it and tried to talk her out of it, we decided to try Buzz. Tim was so excited to work through this style change with her and it made her very confident about this choice. The prices are a bit higher than some other local salons, but I will not go anywhere else. You get what you pay for - both in the services and the beautiful, wonderful experience.

I got bohemian braids that were waist length and the service she provided was quick, painless and clean and exactly what I was looking for. At the end she ever trimmed up the stray parts from my braids along with curling and boiling the ends. She is the sweetest person ever and is an amazing conversationalist, too. I have never had my hair braided to this degree and I plan to come here from an hour away to get my hair done every single time. 10/10 experience, recommend to everyone looking for a professional, and amazing braider in the iowa city area!

Most of the time, they simply want to cut your hair with the least amount of effort and get you out of the chair, as quickly as possible. Having said that, you can understand my concern when trying someplace new. Let me tell you that I have found the stylist I have been looking for over the last several years. Chelsea was phenomenal! She took the time to not only look at my current haircut and ask me what I was wanting to get done but explain to me how the shape of my head and haircut would complement each other.
