I was brought to the hospital after my son called 911 because of a major panic attack. I called a doctor i was going to in Indian trail and they could not get me in for 5 weeks???? I was so upset I just sat there and cried. My health conditions are ruining my life and I felt alone and no doctor cared I don't want to live like this anymore. I called the office in Indian trail after my family doctor couldn't see me for a long time. The staff was very friendly and booked me an appointment for the next day with doctor Andrew kindle. They got me right in. And as doctor kindle walked in in my mind I am like here we go someone else that is not going to care for me or help me. I was dead wrong! Dr kindle sat there listening to every health problem I had. I told him I had very terrible insurance and could not go to a specialist cause I could not afford it. He sat there with me for an hour! Wow I was taken back how much he listened cared and was saying we are going to try and help you with everything going on. I have herniated discs in my neck, chronic Epstein Barr, aniemia, fibromyalgia, panic attacks ( after I watched my dad die) and worst of all and most frustrating interstitial cystitis ( which most urologist are ignorant and do not even want to learn or know about this painful terrible untreatable condition) dr kindle knew what it was but you could tell he knew little about about it but not enough. I went in for my second appointment and he walked in the room and said to me so after you left I have been researching interstitial cystitis and here is what I came up with!!!!!!!! I wanted to cry that someone really was going to help me he sat with me for another hour! I can not thank dr kindle and staff enough!!! I finally found someone who will take the time to treat me right instead of just rushing writing scripts and not caring enough what is going on. I will never change doctors ever ! He is wonderful !!! Non hospitable Non complaint and very unprofessional. I've been there twice only! I have numerous health issues. 1) two weeks before Thanksgiving I notified The office that I needed refills on my Insulin I waited patiently I called the day before they left for the holiday and spoke to Alba She basically told me very bluntly that if it was not called by then they will not do it till after they come back ??? I tried to explain to her my situation, but was cut off by her saying that I should have called days before??? Prescription was never called I had to call the Dr on call later that evening (Stephanie) 2)I had a planned vacation to Israel right after Christmas and requested a letter stating my medical conditions and all the equipment and medications I would be traveling with. After numerous calls I finally got a call to come pick it up......... But it was not the original... So I called and to my surprise this location could not find my chart?? Later that day I got a call that said my chart was at the Matthews location and there was no original?????? I was stopped at customs in Israel and questioned for 35 min. Almost missing my flight back to JFK 3) My insurance requires a form once a year filled out by the Dr. For my testing supplies. Pharmacy faxed it over beginning of Dec. it was not faxed back to them by Drs office till Dec. 18 and....... It was incomplete.... It needed Hemoglobin...... Well I'm all out of test strips for my trip I payed out if pocket 167.00 $ dollars upon returning I called pharmacy and they said they had still not received form. I called Drs office and they had no idea what I was asking ??? Then they called me and said to come in cause they needed new blood work?? I showed up had blood work done. That same day j was called and asked to go back to sign a form stating if Medicare did not pay I would have too. No big deal !!! I showed up and signed form. So today I got a call from Sandra from the Matthews office asking did I leave a msg.????? No I did not I called the Dr on call over the weekend so she could call my test strips with a lower quantity so my insurance would cover it . I have never ever dealt with a medical staff so incompetent and not willing to help at a minimal...., I truly enjoy C Voci she is such a delight to talk to and knows her stuff, but I don't want to deal with get staff....... I will be looking for another Dr ;0(

If you are looking for eight loss you have to see Dr. Will Conner at Conner Family Health in Matthew for the prescription hCG protocol. The weight just peels off. I was skeptical, nervous, and doubtful it would work for me but I was very wrong to feel that way. I am not hungry, the food I can eat is fresh, easy to prepare and satisfying. A terrific side benefit is I am learning to eat right and eat healthy for the first time. It simply isn't a problem to do. All you have to do is follow some simple instructions and that's it. I am 47 years old. Seeing Dr. Conner and his nurse Jackie is just like going to my pediatrician when I was a kid. It's just them and all they care about is taking care of me and my family.
