I would like to give a big shout out to Claudia, at reception, who was patient and answered all my questions in the 90 minutes bowling / laser tag birthday party I had for my son. He and his friends loved every bit of it. All the staff I encountered were super friendly, helpful and accommodating. I had some issues with soda pitchers being missed in the order but it was rectified quickly. I highly suggest coming a bit earlier than your reserved party time to get the bowling shoes and get your lanes/ table decorated, as the time flies !!! We went a bit over but there was no issue. Overall, I'd say we will be back !! It wasn't too crowded, though there were a handful of birthday parties. Amenities were clean and staff was constantly wiping equipment down. I highly recommend Sun Valley for your parties !! Thank you again to the staff for being so gracious and courteous!!!

Now that's where it ends if you don't get hungry or thirsty while you're there if you are thirsty, the cheapest thing that they had was a drinking fountain or a six dollar small Icee. I made the mistake of buying tokens to play some of the games which you really don't need to do. There's plenty of bouncing jumping and playing areas. We were there for three hours. One difficult thing for grandmother is that you can't have your grandson go in to the female bathroom so that you can keep an eye on him or predators he has to go in his own bathroom and you just have to trust that people will not assault him in the bathroom luckily all was good. It's nice when the parents can go into the areas like the spongy ball area and it keeps the kids from jumping off of the climbing wall however, not all parents did that and there were a couple girls that climbed all the way to the top and let go or jumped down and you have to be careful that they didn't jump on anyone that was climbing through that area luckily all was good Some people go and are on their phone and don't watch their children. I am not one of those. There was a really cool thing on the floor that was illuminated that kids could interact with that was totally free and I watched it for a while, while my grandson was in the squishy ball pit. It was very educational. The place seemed very clean and all in all I spent nearly 50 bucks which seemed a little pricey, but I did not have to do the $20 tokens that was on me. Just know going in if you don't wanna spend the extra money on tokens, you really don't have to

You can find most of these games at Dave and Busters. The way their point system for games is set up is weird. Let's say a game is 1.5 points--that means they are taking $1.50 from your game card. Many games were 1.5 points, but there were quite a few that went up to 4. So paying $4 to play one game is outrageous and a rip-off, to say the least. At Dave and Buster's, they have a much better system, and your dollar goes a long way compared to this place. Also, some of the claw machines weren't working properly. People would win a toy, but the door wouldn't open to retrieve it. The staff was walking around, and I let them know. They said they were going to get someone, and we waited for maybe 10 minutes, but nobody showed up. I then decided to go find someone working at the shop, and she helped right away. Maybe we will come back and try the bowling and food, but when it comes to the arcade unfortunately we won't be back for that.

The new space feels much larger, cleaner, brighter, and more modern, with four different courses to choose from instead of the two or three I remember at the old location. They also have party rooms that look like they'd be great for birthdays or group events. One thing I really appreciated was how thoughtfully the courses are designed. Nearly every hole has a spot to set down your drink, and most also have a ledge for your scorecard and pencil. It seems like a small detail, but when you're trying to putt while juggling a beverage and keeping score, it makes a noticeable difference. The theming is also impressive. The dinosaur murals and artwork throughout the building really help create the atmosphere, and several of the dinosaurs are enormous. Some look close to life-size and stretch nearly to the ceiling. We played the course with the seated zip line, which was a huge hit with my son and added something a little different than your typical round of mini golf. Overall, the new location feels like a significant step up from the original. Between the updated facility, the attention to detail, and the added attractions, it's become an even better spot for a family outing or a fun date night.

We had a great time (blue course, players aged 16,16,19,45,47). We will go back. We would do the blue course again but will probably try a different one next time.
