HILLARY! She did a great job and was paying attention to the needs of my skin and caring for it as she saw necessary. They were able to get me and my husband in fairly last minute for 60 minute facials. I loved the atmosphere of the whole place. It was simple, calming, and clean. It was my very first time at Faces and I scheduled a pedicure with Tina for my birthday and had such a nice time chatting with her while she was completing my service. It was probably the most pleasant time I've ever had whilst receiving any type of spa treatment to be completely honest! I selected a shellac pedicure and all of the additions were wonderful and relaxing. I did find the cost to be a little steep at $75 but I was there for well over an hour, so maybe worth the service provided? I did unfortunately have a few nails slide off just after a few days of having them. Because it was three different toes, and I had an upcoming wedding I decided to call and they were able to get me in the next day to fix my toes. Tina once again was so pleasant to talk to and quickly remedied the situation for me! I would love to go back! read more

I'm so disappointed. I came to town for a wedding; and wanted to get my nails done. Googled, Yelped and did all the things and found Faces...and it is a lovely spa and the customer service is nice BUT I had a 2pm appt. I arrived at 1:53 and told it would be a few minutes so I took a seat. About 8 min after the reception went back and then was told it would be another 45 min!!! Not one time did the provider make any effort to come and say anything and did not until she was asked. This type of service is just disappointing because while they did offer me another service at another time ...I'm here for a wedding; then leaving immediately after to head back home. Besides I wanted them done FOR the wedding. Luckily my nails don't look too bad , and there are other places in Omaha but I made an appointment for a reason. At least, the aesthetics were charming. If you make an appointment maybe best to google the reviews to find out which techs are reliable in hopes that you aren't disappointed like I was. read more

We had no idea that we could get such a great massage in Omaha! Kate and Kyla gave us a couples massage last weekend and it was one of the best I'd ever had. Instead of the typical work your back, your arms, your legs, etc, Kate approached my body in a novel way. I can't explain it but she got out the kinks, provided me with deep relief from muscle pain and the entire experience was very relaxing. Kate is amazing !!!!! I've enjoyed a few full spa days here and it's always incredible but nothing like a deep tissue massage from Kate !!!! The signature milk & honey body treatment is also incredible, for days, my skin was so soft ! So many facials to choose from as well , I generally go for a custom facial which is whatever the esthetician recommends for your individual needs ! This is our go-to spot for couples massage services. I can't say if we've always had consistent masseuses or not, since we only go once a year. But no matter, it's always a good time and well worth the expense and tip. They could maybe add a bit more white noise to drown out the traffic sounds that leak into the basement... but otherwise excellent! I was trying to find a top-notch and very upscale spa for us to go to for my step-mom's birthday. I was nervous about coming here because one of the reviews on here was very negative. But, they were able to book 3 of us for a Sat morning for 3 different services on a weeks notice, so we went with them. I don't know how that negative review happened. Our experiences were amazing, and we are definitely going back. First, I had a facial from Carmen Becker. It was one of the most relaxing things I've ever experienced. After, she told me how dry my face was, to the point of peeling off. I told her I didn't moisturize because my face is always oily and I breakout. She explained why my face gets oily, and that I need to moisturize at least twice a day. She went on a hunt throughout the store, and brought me a goody bag of samples to last me 2 weeks, along with instructions on what to do with each. I was so thankful & will definitely request her again! Next, I had a pedicure followed by a manicure with Krista Martinez. She was very friendly and did an amazing job. My dad was jealous, because he noticed I got a calf massage, and he didn't. For both services, she did a good job, and again, I will ask for her again. I can't wait to go back!! read more

This is the best Spa ever...for years I've gone to Zhannon for facials and skin pen, she is amazing. Her expertise and knowledge as well as a great personality will keep you coming back. She is great at recommending skin care products but never pushy, very respectable and I totally trust her advice. In the past I've used very high dollar skin care products that didnt really working, so thankful I found this business. I decided to give Faces another shot, this time, for a massage. I walked in stressed but walked out melted butter thanks to Shannon and her amazing deep tissue. First Shannon was very professional asking me what I think I might need worked on. Shannon was able to make the kinks in my body less tense and more manageable until next time. Shannon applied the right pressure and even had me sore three days after the massage. To me, having a massage that you can feel days after is one well worth the money. Apparently Shannon was new to the team, and I am happy to say that I will be coming back regularly for massages because of the amazing work she does. I also want to take the time and thank Dan, the owner of Faces for calling me and talking to me about both of my experiences. I moved to NE in January and for my birthday this month my son and daughter-in-law gave me a gift card for Faces. They also conspired with my sister to get me a gift card as well. Yesterday I went there for a few hours of pampering with a massage and a pedicure. It was so relaxing and I love how clean the place is top to bottom. I'll definitely be going back. Treated my mother and myself to a day at the spa. The receptionist was warm and friendly. Treatments started on time and lasted the full amount of time. My massage therapist listened to what I wanted and didn't want and I appreciated that. Her technique was good. My mother liked her mani pedi a little more than I did and she received a different scrub/ treatment than I. Overall it was a relaxing day and we were pleased. Went in with a group of three girl, all got manicures and pedicures. They were very accommodating and had us all getting our services together. The atmosphere was very relaxing with spa music in the background. The nail specialists were very friendly, paid a lot of attention to detail, and made sure each of liked everything including the shape of nail, color of polish, and overall how the mani/pedi turned out.
