The music can be a little loud (slower modern hits, no typical spa music). HOWEVER, what you get for the money is incredible. Let's get into one of the best, most amazing, life changing reviews I'll ever write: 1: The atmosphere- ADORABLE!!!!! It's pink, it's fun, it's comfy, it smells good and they are quick to get you all set up for your facial! The room they put you in is quieter, dim, and has relaxing music on. The bed has a HEATER!!!! It was SO nice, then i got a knee pillow and a soft blanket. She put a hair net on me which was so considerate because in the past I've got a lot of facial soaps and things in my hair and it bothers me. 2: The Facial- it starts off with a type of cleanser which was so nice!!!!! Then she did my eyebrows!? Like I was not anticipating that! She followed it up with derma-plating and another cleanse. Loved checking out "The Only Facial" new to the Omaha scene for facials! The location was easy to find, free parking right out front, SUPER easy to book online! Josephine was amazing! She welcomed me right when I walked in, lead me back to the room, and walked me through every single step, before she did it, why she was doing it, and asked me many questions about my face, acne, skin, etc. she was constantly checking in to make sure I was doing good, and not uncomfortable! I hadn't done Dermabration before, so she explained what it was and why it's good for you! At the end she gave me some samples to take home and texted me a bunch of recommendations and to do items over the next couple days, thankful for a text so I can check back in and make sure I don't forget anything! Went to The Only Facial for the first time a few weeks ago and got my second ever facial. Such a cute, pink place! This place is great because they have 11 different treatments included in the facial and gratuity for $125. The only other place I've gotten a facial at tried to get me to sign up for a membership that cost thousands of dollars for the year. The Only Facial is the opposite of that. They are friendly and want to get to know you and your skin concern and are not trying to sell you anything. I had a great experience with Lindsey. She was very friendly and gave me great recs on skincare products. She even texted me a couple times after my facial to check in on me.
