We custom ordered a 2026 BMW X5 with every option we wanted on it. Prior to the SUV coming into the BMW dealership, I decided to research window tint and front end wrap options. We looked into several of the higher end companies that do wraps and settled on Ultimate Film Solutions. The reviews really said it all. I reached out to Ultimate Film and they recommended coming in and visiting their location prior to taking delivery of our vehicle. I did as recommended and drove over to their shop one day. I had the pleasure of meeting the owner, Dan, and was very impressed. He showed me my options for window tint and frontend wraps. Dan also showed me their work bay with the high end vehicles they were currently working on. Dan was very knowledgeable about cars. He gave me some important suggestions regarding our BMW and what tint and wrap options might work best for us. He took the time to make me feel important as a prospective customer. Once we had a delivery date of our new X5, I made arrangements to bring the SUV directly to Ultimate to ensure we did not get any rock chips etc before installing the wrap. Dan was awesome through every step of the way, and even recommended some options to consider with BWM when we take delivery to protect our windshield etc. Dan also arranged for a free loaner vehicle for me to use while our car was in his shop. Once we took delivery, we drove our new car to Ultimate Film Solutions to get the work done. Upon arrival, Dan ensured what options we wanted, provided a loaner Tesla to drive, and walked us through what to expect. I can't say enough about how comfortable we felt leaving our nearly $100K new vehicle with Ultimate. Dan kept in contact with us throughout the process and made sure we were comfortable with our choices and their great work. Based upon the great work they did with our new BMW SUV, we had them do an "Off-Road" wrap on our Chevy Silverado 2500HD as well. Dan gave us a great price for both vehicles, provided a loaner car until complete, met us on a Saturday morning (they were not open on weekends) at the shop to switch out vehicles, and spent all of the time necessary to assure we made the right decision. First time with this shop. Not my first tint as I dark tint all my vehicles. First impression was less than desirable as I arrived to a closed shop on appointment day. I waited tho, things happen and I will give the benefit of doubt. I had spoken to the shop owner over many texts and he was very responsive so you know, things happen. We are only human after all. Owner arrives obviously concerned shop is not open. Extremely apologetic. I appreciate his efforts and honesty. My new 2025 vehicle is quickly taken in. Finished before estimated time. Clean lines, bubbles to start as it is with a fresh tint. Those are gone now and I have a clean seal (it's been a while as I waited to review until seeing all things settle). I got 5% all around and to me, based on previous vehicles tinted the same at another competitor it's not quite dark enough. But I can see out the windows easier at night so there is that. I'll leave it. First time getting a windshield (rock) protectant. That, I don't love. The lines of the cut on that are not clean straight lines. They are wonky and seem to have been done with little care. But it's holding up. Best price I found for that and everyone only offers a 1y warranty so I won't complain. Would I return with my next vehicle, not sure. Would I recommend, on the fence. Tint is an expensive luxury so when paying hundreds of dollars I desire as close to perfection as possible. read more

WOW! We had this team do a ceramic coating on my husband's truck (2017 Chevy Colorado) first, which made it look brand new. Then we had my black 2019 Kia Niro done, which had tons of scratches and blemishes on the paint. I cannot believe how good it looks after Dan and his team did that ceramic coating! He said if we do it with him and anything goes wrong he will cover it. When we came back, only to see the entire wrap in swirl marks and the matte sheen gone. Seeing our complete dissatisfaction Dan offered to redo the front hood & bumper. Although the entire truck needs to be re-wrapped, he refuses to fix the truck. I am completely dissatisfied with the work, and his complete shift in attitude, he was very rude with us. Unfriendly and wrongfully accusing us.
