I highly recommend him if you want someone that will work hard for you and not practice law at YOUR expense!

We are extremely disappointed with Yesner Law, Shawn Yesner…read morehimself, in the process and outcome of our case. We provided comprehensive evidence to this firm throughout five years, expecting diligent representation. Communication was inconsistent, and we feel our legal matter was not given the professional attention or priority it required. For over half a decade, there was minimal action, several delays, and a structural failure to prepare and advance our legal matter in a timely manner. Before the trial, we were patient and understanding since the whole world was dealing with covid. So meanwhile we just continued accumulating more evidence. We looked into finding / locating our own witnesses and professionals that would help stregthen our case. Shawn did not do any of this, he was too busy with his bankruptcy cases. He even sent the subpoena's just 2 business days before our trial date. Many of our witnesses had prior engagements. Unfortunately, despite having all documentation provided upfront, Shawn Yesner did very little to no preparation for himself, our witnesses and for us. All this in the next five years timeline that we got little to no preparation, nor good results and this is unacceptable for professional legal counsel. Unacceptable is, Yesner preparing himself during our trial. He didn't even know our home layout and kept apologizing because he seemed lost. We would go through the large stack of printed pile of evidence and handed it to Yesner, but he didn't use it. He didn't even hand in to the judge 1/16 of our evidence. Our 5 years of evidence was all in our usb and printed out on our desk during trial, but Yesner did not hand it to the judge to look at. The only evidence submitted to the judge was just a few print outs that were handed in to the list of exhibits. No wonder our trial had a bad outcome. Not only did we have to pay $57,000 of lawyer fees, court fees, a countersuit and we still have all the repairs that started this case. What took place was so bad that not even an Appelate attorney could help, since not all of our evidence was shown to the Judge. We feel betrayed. We cannot recommend Yesner's law firm and their services for anyone seeking timely or proactive legal support.

To whom it may concern:…read more I contacted Weller Legal group on Friday January 5, 2024, regarding obtaining counsel regarding bankruptcy. I spoke with Mr. Weller's secretary whom I set up a payment plan with. I called Mr. Wellers secretary back later that day and paid an additional $2000. Mr. Wellers' secretary then emailed me the retainer agreement for my husband and I to sign over the weekend. Mr. Wellers' secretary never advised me that the fee was nonrefundable if I decided not to move forward with the proceedings. I emailed Mr. Wellers secretary on Sunday January 7, 2024, making him aware that my husband decided not to move forward with the bankruptcy, and we would like to get the retainer fee back. I also called Mr. Wellers' office on Monday January 8 , 2024 advising Mr. Wellers secretary the my husband and I no longer wanted to move forward with the bankruptcy . Mr. Wellers secretary advised me that he would have to speak to Mr. Weller about my refund. I called my bank On Monday to stop payment for the $2000 which they were not unable to do since the payment was pending. My bank representative also reached out to Mr. Wellers office advising of the stop payment and he to was advised by Mr. Wellers secretary that a refund would be submitted after speaking to Mr. Weller. I reached out to Mr. Wellers office via email and phone call on Tuesday January 9,2024 regarding any updates about the refund, I again was advised I would receive a call back. I reached out again on Wednesday January 10, 2024, by email and phone to speak to Mr. Weller. I was told Mr. Weller would call me back, which he did at 12 noon on January 10, 2024. I advised Mr. Weller that my husband and I have decided not to move forward with the bankruptcy, and we would like a full refund for the retainer. I advised Mr. Weller I have not signed the retainer agreement, and no work has been done on my part regarding his services. Mr. Weller then stated I do not need my husband to file for bankruptcy and I really needed to file. I again advised him I was no longer interested in filing for bankruptcy. Mr. Weller than advised me he was not going to return my retainer fee and He may think about refunding some of my retainer fee only if I call my bank and have them write a letter stating they will stop the Fraud Transaction Process. Mr. Weller then stated that he doesn't have to refund my retainer fee because I need to file for bankruptcy, and he has the right to keep my payment although he hasn't provided any services on my behalf. Wednesday January 10, 2024, is the first time I spoke with Mr. Weller, and he then stated it was a verbal agreement even though I never spoke to him and I only spoke to his secretary whom never stated that it was a verbale agreement and my retainer was nonrefundable. Mr. Weller is refusing to return my retainer fee and is trying to force me to use his services to file for bankruptcy. DO NOT USE THIS LAW FIRM - This man has no compassion and needs to be ashamed of himself . To keep a person's money when they are at the lowest point in their life in inhumane , especially in this economy . KARMA WILL GET YOU MR. WELLER !!!

Very pleasant to work with...friendly, outgoing, and helpful. For bankruptcy, it was a pleasant experience, believe it or not. I've used Weller before. The only drawback, is sometimes they're not good with getting back - call backs - but that's unde3erstandable with a busy office.
