I realize that Dr. Dahl is the best urologist in town and really knows what she's doing, and because she is in very high demand, she's not able to provide more appointments. My situation was dire after my procedure and her RN was able to help until my follow-up appointment, *months* later. I'm still glad I was able to see her. I voiced my concerns, and my reaction to her procedure.

My concern is not the screening itself, but the lack of transparency that it would result in a separate billable service and potential out-of-pocket cost. If it is routine and billable, patients should be clearly informed upfront. It is disappointing to feel that standard check-in procedures are being used to generate additional revenue without meaningful disclosure. After nearly two decades as a loyal patient, this experience has eroded my trust, and as a result, I will be leaving the practice. I encourage patients to ask questions about every form they are asked to complete and whether it may result in separate charges.

I personally have had Dr. Elliot and nothing but amazing things to say about her. I'm 6 months pregnant and I've been in the office about 8 times and nothing but great staff with the front desk and doctor. There was a little hiccup one time when I was waiting for my mid ultrasound but that was due to a new staff nothing serious. I have not yet gone with the male doctors in the practice because Ive been fortune to have Dr. Elliott all the time. she's so attentive and lets you ask as many questions as you need. You never feel rushed out the door and she's so sweet and warm hearted. Fingers crossed she delivers my baby because she is really amazing. When i would ask for testing i felt shamed when he would ask "why" instead of asking if i had symptoms. It was the way he asked. I stopped going to him because he REQUIRED a pap in order for me to get birth control every year even though i specifically told him i knew it was causing more harm than good and it's only necessary only 3-4 years. His nurses are great but seems like he's just there for a check. I always felt uncomfortable seeing him.
