I realize that Dr. Dahl is the best urologist in town and really knows what she's doing, and because she is in very high demand, she's not able to provide more appointments. My situation was dire after my procedure and her RN was able to help until my follow-up appointment, *months* later. I'm still glad I was able to see her. I later discovered it was billed separately to my insurance and was not covered, leaving me responsible for the charge. When I disputed it, I was told it was "routine." My concern is not the screening itself, but the lack of transparency that it would result in a separate billable service and potential out-of-pocket cost. If it is routine and billable, patients should be clearly informed upfront. It is disappointing to feel that standard check-in procedures are being used to generate additional revenue without meaningful disclosure. After nearly two decades as a loyal patient, this experience has eroded my trust, and as a result, I will be leaving the practice. I encourage patients to ask questions about every form they are asked to complete and whether it may result in separate charges.

The doctor herself also came and explained that she is also a gynecologist is is now concentrating on that side of her practice. After my visit with doctor Auld she told me to take Vitex every capsules and my problem was resolved within two days after two long years of trying different doctors. She has backed up research on supplements she recommends and is very knowledgeable. I know that ever since they started taking insurance it has been a bit more difficult to see Dr. Auld for more than a few minutes since she has so many more clients to handle. Overall, her practice is of high value to people like me with complicated issues that other OBGYN offices were not able to figure out. Her integrative medicine approach is what makes her different than other gynecologists.

From the time I walked in the door I was greeted with a warm, welcoming atmosphere and attitude from Dr. Yajaida AND the staff. He blatenly ignored my request and never said he could not do that after I made sure he heard my needs. After asking for my operative report I was horrified to find he used permanent sutires and now I am requiring a revision.
