Understand places are short staffed as I write this but it's almost near impossible to get through the phone line to make a schedule. Never heard a office voicemail saying 'we are too busy and try again tomorrow'. Yet, 'tomorrow' is always the same. I only had luck booking an appointment on line but have had to wait awhile once I get in. All of that I could have looked past. The worst, however, came when I tried to obtain my medical records after my visits. Spoke with their admin, Alexis, filled out the form, summitted it, only to have them disappeared off the face of the planet. I even traveled all the way from Orlando to Tampa to show up in person to personally obtain them and Alexis was not ready once again and literally verbatim told me pulling medical records gave her anxiety... Coincidentally her computer stopped working so she said she would email them to me when it was back up. Did I hear back? I'll let you guess... While I liked Dr Miller, I doubt I would ever return to this location until they get their staffing under control.

The day of I arrived on time, all front desk staff were on the phone and I was acknowledged by a mask being given to me. Turns out the practice is no longer in network with Cigna, which they were notified about approximately 1.5 weeks ago. I asked why they could not have just informed me of this when they called TWICE the day before. No response. Instead they wasted my time, money, gas, leaving in the middle of a workday all because someone clearly did not do their job. Guess it doesnt occur to them that some of us have schedules and jobs as well. *Icing on the cake- telling me I can keep the appointment and just pay EXTRA out of pocket.
