I should preface this review by saying that I chose this company based on the "google" reviews…read morewhere it received a high rating. Subsequently, I tried placing a review on their website and on google, but was unable to because it was blocked. All the reviews rate this company 5 stars, which is impossible and therefore these reviews are not legitimate. I had my floors installed a year and a half ago. I was really hesitant about writing a review on this company, but feel that I have a responsibility to other customers and let them know what our experience with this company was. We paid close to $10,000 to have our condo installed with a walnut engineered floor(approximately 700 sq/ft of a floor in a 1200 sq/ft unit. The installer did not speak English which made communications almost impossible. He placed a transition piece 2 inches in front of the bedroom door rather than under the door when closed. They tried telling me that this was the way everyone does it! I made them fix that spot, which made the installer very angry. My floor also had areas that needed grinding in order to flatten out the concrete, for which I paid almost a $1,000 extra. When they grinded my floor, they did not bother to cover any of my furniture, kitchen or bathrooms and concrete dust was found in every corner of the apartment including on my furniture. On one of the planks, the name "Stanley" was embedded into the surface of the wood (someone stepped on a tool and the force of their body weight stamped the Stanley logo into the wood. There were also numerous scratches, however, this was the least of my problems. Remember I said that the concrete needed leveling, well we found many areas with hollow spots where the planks actually moved up and down. A year later, they came in to try and fix this (about 2 months ago). The same installer, who still spoke very little English, started drilling holes in my floor and then injecting it with a compound. I thought that would do the trick. After not walking on it for 24 hours, about a week later, the boards started to make a cracking sound in the two areas he "said" he fixed. Now every time walk in those areas a loud cracking noise occurs. Oh, I forgot to tell you that they started work late November and said it would only take two weeks. We went to Hawaii for Christmas and when we came back, the job was still not finished. We had to get a hotel room at the Century Plaza for over a week while they tried finishing our suite. Each time we asked would finish, they would say ..."tomorrow...tomorrow". The floor was poorly installed and they left a hell of a mess. I now have to spend money to repair all the areas that have "sink holes" in them. Please really consider this company as a "stay away" as I had the worst experience of my life with this contractor. They followed covid protocol. Fantastic job from them. All done within a half day and this was back in October 2020. A few months later the stone developed a crack from an unseen flaw. Called them up and they sent someone out to inspect the flaw. Through job done. Nothing was dropped on it or anything. Just one of those things that happen as we all missed the flaw and want noticed until June 2021. New same stone was ordered and a date set up. They came at 8am and the old counter top was out in an hour. Our back splash is one of a kind and they didn't harm it at all. Excellent job done. New stone installed and all is done. They are a bit more expensive because they only use top of the material that you will not have a problem with. Service? Top notch. You can't ask for anything or anyone better. They have top notch staff, right from sales selection staff to installation. I cannot say anything bad about them. Use them. You will be greatly satisfied looking at your counter tips for years to come.

When I went to see Maureen to let her know that it was time....she remembered me from our previous meeting years prior! After a few months of changing my mind as to what I wanted to do with my floor I finally made up my mind. If I was Maureen I would have thought, "Oh God here he comes again" when I walked into the store. After Maureen came to my place and did all the measuring she emailed me a quote the next day and thanked me for allowing her to come to my home. ice.Really? No need to thank me but thats so nice! The products are bought from Italy, they don not own the manufacturing unit, it means you are paying double profit , first to the manufacturing unit and second to resource, that's the reason for hike in prices (double compared to other places).

Keep in mind that since it's custom made in Italy, it takes a very long time for delivery (months. plural), but it's worth the wait if you want something this innovative and high quality. I lucked out when Jordans was having a 60% off clearance sale to get a $370 rug that was originally $925. I found it on their website and went in to order it, a gentleman named Nick helped track one down (the last one!) and had it shipped in to the store for me to pick up. Its really good quality, Im chuffed at the savings and Nick was very kind sourcing it and helping carry it to my car.
