She listened so well to what I needed, avoiding my old scarring from previous spine surgeries. Other MTs ignore me and insist on working this tissue and put me in pain for up to a week after. She took the time on the areas that needed the attention while still addressing my whole body in an hour! I feel like a completely new woman today! For the 1st time since I came home I have an appetite, I did some housework and I have a smile on my face! She is sweet, professional and has a beautiful clean spa. Massage started out ok, but she quickly reduced pressure and never returned to deep tissue work like I needed, even after asking. 1hr massage only lasted 45 minutes- I wasn't very happy with that either. Don't think I'll be returning. read more

Worst customer service experience. The lady at the front desk yelled at me the second i walked in and called me a liar. This was after I called looking for a same day appointment and she agreed to see me. I drove from east Kennewick to north Richland and it apparently was too long of a wait for her. Would've been nice of her to give me a heads up that a 20min drive during rush hour was too long of a wait. This is ridiculous and so unprofessional. I've never experienced worst customer service in the tri cities. There's a reason they have such awful reviews on google. Dont waste your money! read more

This place was great ! They can really do a good deep tissue massage and relieve neck, shoulder and back pain. The rooms are clean and comfortable and the masseuses are friendly and professional. I highly recommend Sundance to anyone looking for a quality massage. read more

This place was recommended to me and boy am I happy I came! Alice gave me a Thai massage and I feel amazing! She really knew what she was doing. She got all the kinks out of my back and stretched me out too! For a small lady, she sure is strong! She was very kind and caring! I'm not much for massage, but I was tired of backaches from sitting at a computer all day. What a wonderful place! Very comfortable, clean and professional; and the ladies were sweeties. The lady I had was small in stature, but really knew how to work the knots out of my shoulders and neck. Actually, I didn't realize how much tension I was carrying in my back until I was finished.
