Monica must be a wizard, mixed with a Jedi... cause her hands are pure magic! "Though she be but little, she is fierce!" She can and will send your knots running and crying like a bully. She is phenomenal! 3.) The place is clean and plays nice calming music. 4.) Pricing is fair / on par. Only flaws (in my opinion) *Some tables I've been on weren't heated. *Little bit of a language barrier. *There's not as much privacy in the rooms because the room walls don't go all the way to the ceiling. Because of this, you can hear people talking anywhere in the building, can hear people coming in the front door... etc. But most the time it's pretty quiet. A+ is a SOLID 9/10. read more

I would rate A+ Massage in Kennewick as the best Asian Massage Spa. The service is outstanding, the therapists are very skilled - especially Doris and Monica. The ladies do know therapeudic massage very well. My favorite is the foot/back 1 hour combination. I highly recommend this spa, it is clean, the pricing is competitive, the setting is tastefully decorated, the music is relaxing. First time message: Walk in they did not introduce themselves or explain what we needed to do no check in at all just pointed to a room and said undress with no further explanation. I was scheduled for a deep tissue however I was not given what I needed to pay for. instead what my wife was supposed to get "package 1" that they offer a 30 minute body and 30 minute foot massage. I was not ready for that as I was expecting just a deep tissues massage... they were very rushed and not at all helpful. Will not go back. Save your money!!! read more

I went in with a very tight sciatica and came out feeling relieved. I would say this is a good place for like a therapeutic massage, different from the relaxing bougie spa type where it's more about the ambience. Price was definitely a steal too, great economic option. read more

My masseur knew EXACTLY what he was doing. I was in extreme pain from my sciatica and he took the time to ask me how my pain level was and took his time, spending extra time of the muscles causing the problem. Very professional and super clean. I was traveling through Kennewick and saw this place and decided to try it out as my back was hurting and I had a long drive ahead of me. These folks are knowledgeable, polite and have excellent customer service. They certainly are not operating some shady hole in the wall. It's well decorated, open, bright and cherry with quality linens and a great quality massage. I was amazed that a place with this quality of everything had such reasonable prices. I went here because of the good reviews on Yelp. I've had many massages, and something is definitely off about this place. No intake paperwork was done. she didn't really care much for keeping me covered I had to keep moving the sheet up so I'd be covered. And then when I tipped her in cash she tried to force me to tip her more on my card. Incredibly unprofessional. I doubt she's even a licensed massage therapist. I walked in without an appointment and Viki greeted me at the counter and got me in right away. The space was clean, very calm and relaxing.
