My manicure was also incomplete... he used an extra course buff to buff my nails and didn't do anything to smooth the ridges that you could visibly see. I had to ask another tech to explain he had to smooth my nails. I don't do polish on my nails and I can still see the roughness from the extra coarse buffing. Very disappointed... I feel that I took a $100 and ripped it up.

Unfortunately, the tech was not at all experienced, and it took much too long to have my nails done. It's only been two days and one of them has broken because of the product used being inferior. As far as the acrylics go, although they were completed very quickly and they looked nice,.I can tell you, that I am extremely disappointed in how much work had to be done to shape the nails correctly and clean them up after the appointment. Yes, we were from out of town, and we are not their normal customers. However, we paid full price as did everyone else. It cost almost $400 with tip, to have our nails and toes done. I did see some BEAUTIFUL work being done on regulars that were there, but my experience was not so good.

I think she was trying to break up the product, but in the process she broke my natural nails as well. They answer the phone by placing the caller on hold without a word. *IF* you can get them to pick up after being on hold then they will answer one question such as "Does XXX have any openings for a trim in two weeks?", they will answer "No" and promptly hang-up so that you cannot ask about the following week or month. Often, the phone just rings and rings. This behavior has gotten worse over the past year. I'm not sure if it is an employee issue or a management issue.
