When we arrived at Take Flight Ohio we were quickly greeted, got signed in, and the routes my son wanted to fly were jotted down. Andrew walked us back got he simulator module and quickly gave enough information about the controls and how things worked for my son to gain some familiarity and then take off. Once the auto pilot was engaged Andrew answered all of the questions our son and us had. Our son had a great time flying the simulator from Tampa to Miami, Miami to Key West, and finally a quick trip from San Diego to Los Angeles since he had some additional time on his session. We'll definitely share the great experience with our friends!

I am extremely disappointed with my experience with School of PE. I purchased a one-month…read moresubscription for the PE Mechanical Machine Design question bank, and I could not access the content for almost 10 days after payment. During that time, I emailed support several times and sent multiple messages through the chat system. None of my emails were answered, and the only chat reply I received was a brief note stating there was a technical issue. Even after the issue was supposedly resolved, no one informed me, and I only discovered by accident that access had been activated. This level of communication and customer support is unacceptable for a service that charges premium fees. To make things worse, the subscription was set to renew automatically, despite the fact that I received almost no support and lost a significant portion of the subscription period due to their technical problems. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend School of PE. Their customer support and system reliability need serious improvement.
