To resolve that I discontinued my cable TV since it is unknown if the house will be occupied in the future or sold. There is no prorating the bill, I have to pay for the entire billing period. Next thing I know I receive a bill for three pieces of leased equipment I did not install, but apparently it is my responsibility to remove the equipment. Wish they would have I informed me on the call. They did not volunteer to send me a box or return shipping label; I had to ask. Then I learn if I want to retain phone service I need to keep the modem and return only two pieces of equipment. It became apparent to me, and I verified, they not only disconnected my Cable TV, but also my phone service. We got the phone service reinstated and I disconnected the router and cable TV box. Their name may have changed to Spectrum, but their service is still on par with Time Warner.

The speeds are faster than advertised and they consistently work. I live in blue Springs, Missouri and Troy was my tech. He was curious to know why I moved here from California got to know me a little bit and we had a good conversation. I got to know him a little bit about his family he was very open and have a great customer service skills. Nothing but positive things to say about Troy and I hope he's my tech in the future to take care of us and thats if we have any issues. Which I hope we don't... Ha ha ha And I'm actually writing this review now because the AT&T Internet plastic covering that in the grass was shattered and it's been that way for quite some time.
