I picked up three blue bird figurines that were already on the floor, placed them in my basket, and before I could even turn around, an employee (I went back to secure her name) snatched them straight out of my hand and walked off to the back; no explanation, no apology, nothing. When I asked what was going on, manager George was at least polite, but his manager, Doris doubled down and told me they wouldn't be "bringing them out until tomorrow." Are you kidding me? You literally took items from a paying customer's basket -- items that were already on the sales floor -- and then refused to sell them? No attempt to make it right, no customer care, just rudeness and arrogance. It's one thing to pull items from the floor before customers touch them it's another to grab them out of someone's basket. Absolutely unacceptable behavior. If this is how this store treats paying customers, it says a lot about their management and training. I am attempted to never come back; but will definitely let others know to steer clear too. After years of coming here, I will never give them the satisfaction of never seeing me again. See you soon! This was my first time visiting the Delray Beach location. It didn't seem as nice or have as big of a selection of items as some of the locations in Palm Beach. I have noticed that Goodwill has put all of their Christmas items out. I guess it is a Christmas in July type of event. If you are in need of holiday items now is a good time to grab them. They have the personalities of each animal resident down pat! We had a great time providing care for the animals and their habitats, feeding treats, and getting my finger gripped by a cute little opossum. If you ever find an injured wild animal, call them! If it's after hours, it's ok to drop them off in one of the special cages outside the front gate!

He loves the children area and soon his baby swimming lessons. Love the teachers here who are so caring and nice. So far I have taken a few group classes and enjoyed them. The gym is nice as well with good updated equipment. I like the cleanliness and variety of the machines. The only thing that could get a upgrade is the bathroom shower area. It seems a little dated.
