Got a 1 hr full body massage it was good for the most part. The tech made sure the pressure wasn't too hard so I appreciate that. The uneasy feelings came from her leaving out of the room twice with the door open a little. I felt exposed for sure or like anyone could walk in and the door bell goes off for like 30 seconds when people leave. You can hear the conversations in the lobby also, so it wasn't very peaceful. It was my first time there and I expected a little more customer service/provedures besides "in this room she'll be right with you!" I felt like I was getting an express massage at first with that encounter. I'd go back if I couldn't find anywhere else to go for the same price. I know what to expect now. read more

The massage therapist, Mary, was great. I have chronic neck, shoulder, and back pain and need a deeper tissue massage which was just what was provided. The staff were all very friendly. As others noted, the therapist left a few times in the middle of the massage to attend to the phone which is a bit unconventional, but as I had read that in reviews prior maybe I wasn't as surprised by it as others. The door being left wide open when the therapist left the room was a bit unsettling, as I was still laying on the table minimally covered. As I was going for more of a medical service/therapeutic massage for extreme pain (as opposed to just relaxion), this was just what I needed, definitely worked out many knots and pain. I don't typically write bad reviews but I feel that some businesses cannot better themselves unless they are told to. I booked a 60min couples massage with my partner and as soon as i got there a woman walked us to a room didn't really say anything and just walked out leaving the door open. No instruction or insinuating we were to change and cover ourself in the very small towels that were rolled on the beds. I walked around looking for someone to ask if we were to then change and found nobody around so that was awkward. Finally the lady walked back in and is like asking why we didn't "take off" and we were like ?? FAST FORWARD TO THE MASSAGE- homegirl completely takes the towel off and your ENTIRE BUTT will be completely exposed and slapped. i don't feel this is a normal thing to experience during a massage but it's normal at Sunflower. Massage was very fast and sloppy, i felt her hands swipe my rear end multiple times. They have relaxing music and it is interrupted with ads so that's also awkward. She groped my partner multiple times besides having her butt out too. oh and to top it off my "therapist" literally sat on top of me. I felt her body on the back of my exposed butt and she had her knees beside my head, if i lifted my head i would have touched her privates. Very uncomfortable leaving the door open as they walked in and out. Even if you are comfortable being naked around people this place will test your limits. Felt like i was in the show Naked and Afraid. I'm very confused on how they are still open after violating their clients. At the end they asked me if i could Zelle instead of using my debit card and then wrote on a note pad "$160.00" and then pointed to the "tip requirement" sign that said $10+ for a 30 minute massage and $20+ for a 60 minute and so forth I wouldn't have tipped at all but my social anxiety took over. Listen to these reviews and AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS. I left in even more pain than I came in with. I laid down and within the first five minutes was trying to get the courage to get up and leave. I literally felt like I was getting beat up for a half hour. Extremely extremely uncomfortable and way too rough on every single area. She then started doing parts of my upper neck/head and just started scratching my scalp & basically ruining my hair for 10 minutes. She hit a very rough spot in my upper neck and I kept flinching because it was painful and she just continuously kept going at it. It was extremely weird & definitely something I've never experienced before. Not to mention the fact I was borderline naked and had my underwear almost taken off by this lady when it was completely unnecessary. My jaw was in so much pain from clenching so hard the entire time because of the pain that I had to take tylenol as soon as I walked out because I could barely move my mouth. I wasn't even comfortable paying $60 for what I just happened to me, but I paid with a credit card and she had me sign a receipt and noticed that I signed the line and didn't write in a tip and I wasn't pulling any cash out of my purse and she literally pointed to the tip line and said you're not going to tip? I was so unbelievably uncomfortable the entire time. You couldn't pay me any amount of money to go through that again. A massage is supposed to be relaxing, not stressful. read more

PSA ‼‼ went into a massage today and was completely violated by my massage therapist. Unwanted touching in sensitive areas and extreme misconduct. Never in my life have I gotten a massage like this. Completely inappropriate and I was in a constant state of fear. The therapist continually removed the towel exposing me and even left the door open while I was naked. I would put 0 stars if I could read more
