No one greeted us, no one engaged us in conversation. When we asked them questions, we got simple answers with no elaboration or suggestions for products. They acted like we were bothering them by being in the store. They have a big selection of dog food which takes up most of the shelf space. There are leashes, clothes and collars... all overpriced, I might add. They have limited products but it is a smallish store, after all. They seemed to carry high end food that you couldn't get at other stores. I get they serve a niche clientele. They don't aim for ordinary dog owner customers. They aim for well-heeled fancy pants dog owners. I get it but they still could have been friendly either way. When we left, no one said, "Thanks for coming!" Nope. Nothing. This is an expensive store. Even their sale items were pricey. It takes a great deal of $ to pay the rent on a store downtown. They do not deal in quantity. I have no issues with the cost of their items. They do offer higher end food, for example. I do mind paying that money and getting NO customer service or kind words. Customers want to be appreciated and this didn't happen here for us. A few months ago I had called to get a reservation for a Santa picture with my Annie. They said they were all booked up and couldn't take her picture. It is not like taking one more picture would have taken an hour. It would have been a few minutes tops. They still were not going to budge. Huge food selection, homemade treats but there is little else they offer. Parking is difficult downtown and I won't play the parking game again for a business that obviously did not appreciate my patronage. Woof.

Over the years, though, they have evolved into a store that truly cares about you and your pets. When I go to this store, they know me by name. That alone makes a world of difference. They carry only the best products and I love their Vital Care reward program. I get coupons every month and it helps. I have two small dogs. I get them groomed here and have complete faith and trust in their groomers. They even reminded me that one dog was due her rabies vaccination. The staff has been super friendly and helpful. One night I got to the register and had forgotten to put my wallet in my purse when I changed purses. I had no way to pay for my grooming. They helped me figure out a low-stress solution. I could not be more grateful and happy. They always call my dogs by name and remember them. The prices are reasonable and the services exceptional. This store is easy access, too. It's easy to navigate and you can park close to the store. This is a smallish store but they always have a good stock of items. No empty shelves or outdated products. It is big enough, though, to have a dog training center in the center part of the store. I've used their buy online and pick up in store option several times. Could not be easier. They've always had my purchases in stock and ready for my pickup. Great store, great price but, more importantly, great people.

That has not always been the case, when we have used other groomers. We previously were unhappy with the location in a small strip mall, where getting into and out of the parking lot could be difficult with lines of cars at a fast food restaurant sometimes obstructing access to the lot. But they now have moved across the street to a much larger strip mall having easy access and parking. We now could not be more happy with Earthwise.

I have driven by this store a million times over the years but never had reason to stop in. I sure am glad my friend was going rabbit shopping because this store is a gem. You take a step back in time when you enter the doors. It is like an old timey feed store that makes you wish for simpler times. Trust me, though, there is nothing simple about this store. They care so much stick and inventory that it is overwhelming. I did not know where to start with the shelves stacked so high. They seemed to have a little of everything for any kind of farm animal you can imagine. There was horse feed, dog leashes, at collars, bird baths and that is just the surface. I asked the proprietor for help and he knew exactly what to get for my friend. He asked Just the right questions. He was patient and humorous with me. I could tell he knew exactly what I needed. He sacked up some feed and sent me on my merry way. While I was in the store I noticed this man knew people by name. They came in and he had their usual orders ready to go. Very nice. It is heartwarming these stores are still around. Highly recommend this store for your animal or gardening needs. It's pretty amazing and you don't even have to have a rabbit to get great service.

I love their products and the store is very cool. It makes me want a farm or at least a horse or rabbit. One time I went to TS to buy rabbit feed for a friend. I had the dickens of a time getting anyone to help me. Then when they did finally help, they treated me like an intruder and did not help. They only wanted to get rid of me so they could continue doing nothing. I was not a happy camper. Recently, I had to go here again for rabbit feed for my friend. I honestly dreaded the trip to TS. I thought, here we go again and I figured I would be in the store forever, waiting on someone to help me. Much to my surprise, they had improved their customer service. The crotchety customer service guy was not there and people seemed very eager, yeah... eager, to help. I thought I was in the Twilight Zone. I have never before met anyone at TS who wanted to help a customer. I guess competition from Menards and Orsheln's finally broke them down. I was able to get the rabbit feed for my friend and on my merry way. I had to make a return the next day and I just knew I the magic would be gone. Much to my surprise, the return was very seamless and easy. So glad it went well. I do think their prices are high on some things. Overall, the prices seem decent but there were some items where I thought they were slightly higher than in other stores. I suppose it all boils down to what you are looking to purchase. The products are nicely displayed and the store is always clean and well lit. The merchandise seems to be well stocked and easy to find. They seem to have a little of everything. They have people shampoo, items for a variety of different animals, clothing, boots, heaters, hoses.. just about you would need for life on the farm or if you have a friend that has a rabbit.
