Horrible customer service. The staff is very confused. Shopping should not be this difficult.

My wife and I boarded our two Maltese dogs here from May 31 to June 7, 2026…read more Unfortunately, our experience was extremely disappointing. We left 16 packets of Cesar wet dog food along with both written and verbal instructions that each dog was to receive one packet per day. We provided 2 packets for immediate feeding and 14 additional packets for the rest of the stay. When we picked up our dogs, we were given 11 packets back. That means only 5 packets were used during an 8-day stay, despite our clear feeding instructions. We were also given back 100% of the dog treats we had left for them. In addition, we provided enough heart medication for our female dog, who has a heart murmur, to cover the entire boarding period. The night before pickup, we received a call stating they had run out of her medication. However, when we picked up our dogs, we were given 4 pills back. This raises serious concerns about whether her medication was administered properly and consistently. My wife called to discuss these issues with management and spoke with Wynona. Rather than addressing our concerns, she felt talked over and dismissed. For nearly $600 in boarding fees, we expected our dogs' feeding and medication instructions to be followed carefully. Instead, the response we received felt indifferent and lacked accountability. It's especially disappointing because we've had positive experiences here in the past. The groomers do a great job, but we've also experienced delays in being notified when grooming appointments were complete, sometimes waiting hours before receiving a pickup call. Based on this experience, we will not be returning for boarding services, and we are considering other options for grooming as well. I will also be contacting corporate regarding these concerns.

Over the years, though, they have evolved into a store that truly cares about you and your pets. When I go to this store, they know me by name. That alone makes a world of difference. They carry only the best products and I love their Vital Care reward program. I get coupons every month and it helps. I have two small dogs. I get them groomed here and have complete faith and trust in their groomers. They even reminded me that one dog was due her rabies vaccination. The staff has been super friendly and helpful. One night I got to the register and had forgotten to put my wallet in my purse when I changed purses. I had no way to pay for my grooming. They helped me figure out a low-stress solution. I could not be more grateful and happy. They always call my dogs by name and remember them. The prices are reasonable and the services exceptional. This store is easy access, too. It's easy to navigate and you can park close to the store. This is a smallish store but they always have a good stock of items. No empty shelves or outdated products. It is big enough, though, to have a dog training center in the center part of the store. I've used their buy online and pick up in store option several times. Could not be easier. They've always had my purchases in stock and ready for my pickup. Great store, great price but, more importantly, great people.

Mike at K.I.S.S. Dog training has made a monumental impact not only on our Australian Cattle Dog,…read moreBernie, but our whole family. We started out as a complex case due to Bernie's reactivity towards other people, a variety of objects (mainly those with wheels), hyperactivity, etc. We learned how to keep Bernie under his threshold so he gets to practice good behavior as much as possible. We went through his Babies Don't Bark course and Bernie is now the best older brother to my one month old! I never would have imagined Bernie would be walking next to a stroller or staying calm by lying off to the side when people/dogs pass by but sure enough he's doing it...still with lots of cheese to motivate him :-) Mike helped us get anxiety meds started, which has made a big difference, and has normalized wearing a muzzle! I won't sugar coat the amount of work and patience it takes to keep up on training but it's been worth it. Mike is so responsive in emails (within hours of asking a question) and has lots of YouTube videos and books to help owners. Training a dog is a life long experience! Last year I felt overwhelmed but now I have a better understanding of how to help Bernie in different situations so I feel in control. Special shout-out to Angela for being so helpful with scheduling! Thank you!!

I am fully satisfied with both the training and the Trainer. The trainer was here for as long as 2…read morehours and didn't look at his watch either. Every soft hearted person her accusing the collar of being abuse is out of their mind and naive. You know the trainers that board your dog for two weeks and the come back different? Well, they don't want you to see what they do, including a training collar and then require more training if the dog is extremely stubborn. My wife was worried about the collar. The first thing the trainer did when he pulled out the collar - I said, OK my wife is worried that this will scare and damage the dog. I said, put the thing on high and shock me. He did. it is the same thing I do to myself with the Power Dot, an amazing TENS unit to help sore muscles. My wife also uses it. I then had him do it to her. She understood that lightning bolts are not coming out of it. The problem is that dogs don't speak english and live on instinct. They are like young children that unless you can ncommunicate a negative response to their behavior and give them the proper direction, they grow up to be animals. For all the Caesar Milan fans out there ( of which I am one )- He does not teach dogs obedience. He is a 'dog psychologist who us flooding'. This is now frowned upon in the psychiatric community as abusive. Yet it is the only way to get someone to master their fears. After 6 weeks, the effort of my dog and our learning the basic commands which are simplified, is absolutely amazing. I wish I had learned this method on my GSD. He was a good natured Dog but his negative reactivity was a problem sometimes. My Bluetick Coonhound, my second one, is a rescue. No one wanted her because of her high energy and seeming food aggression due to living starved for several months. All is well and unless you speak DOG and they fear and respect and love you enough to listen to you when they begin to do what they want to do, you need training. It passed my WIFE test. That is enough said. She is an animal lover to the extreme in the sense she couldnt bear to hurt an animal. One thing, there are like 6 trainers. Unless you are working with the owner, you need to speak to your actual trainer.

This happened to BOTH my SHOW dogs that costs nearly $10,000. When I expressed my concern before enrolling in this "training" I was guaranteed it wouldn't happen. My dogs would not be harmed. "No injury or damage to the dogs, it's like a tens unit." In my house, Our dogs are family and we do not tolerate any type or abuse or neglect. I want my money back in full by 5 pm 12/16/2022 or you will be hearing from My attorney, I will be seeing you in court and I will be filing With the BBB. This will be including all the other items I was forced to purchase AFTER paying You in full. Ya know, to complete your Torture training. This is a joke and you are not an animal lover only an animal ABUSER. We would never allow the third session, so this work is far from finished. immediately removed the collars for good. Had to rush to the vet. Tom showed no remorse or concern for my dogs. Tom should be ashamed of himself. BUYER BEWARE.
