It's obvious that there is excitement in the air due to the sheer number of people visiting as well as the once-in-a-lifetime event *in* this particular area BUT you've got to give to them for showing it in the sweetest way possible. They carry quite a bit of trinkets and locally made goods and make some of their own as well. I just wanted something simple to commemorate this visit and left with a bag they made for the eclipse, a sticker, and as always, a fridge magnet to add to the collection. I asked him for my $15 back, and he REFUSED because he said I did not have my receipt. Then, to make matters worse! ... on my Google 1-STAR Review of LIPPA's he lied, saying he "could not find my name anywhere in his computer system" ~ trying to make it appear as if I had the wrong Jewelry Store (funny... He never did ask for my name today; he simply stated without my yellow receipt, he would not REFUND ME $15 for dishonestly placing an EXPIRED 2020 WATCH BATTERY in my wrist watch) A THIEF is a THIEF (thieves always lie; they have, or they get caught) and a LIE is a LIE: a Tiger doesn't change their stripes, no matter how big, or small their kill is. Buying rings can be an overwhelming experience but Mike and the staff were super helpful on site and thoroughly went over questions such as what we wanted; what was important to us; likes/dislikes; etc - and used that info to narrow the focus and show us options that would potentially work. Both the bride and groom are super happy with the results and Lippa's wedding bands will be with us the rest of our lives. We highly recommend Lippa's.

In our area they literally brushed off dirt and debris on stained cushions in front of us, and expected us to sit there in our white linens which visibly stained my partner's pants. It turned out there were a number of tables that were available. It felt like we were being isolated into a colored section as people of color. They then had the audacity to ask for a full price and a sizable tip for a really awful experience. A place to avoid. Does not make the green book.

It's huge. Books for days. These are used books, and many are in great shape, and priced accordingly. This isn't the cheapest used bookstore I've come across, but I think it's the most extensive. I wasn't looking for anything specific so didn't ask for anything. But I spent time in the cookbook and travel book sections. Huge. So many to choose from. Many decades of choices, including recent, especially important in the travel book section. I found the pricing a little higher than I expected, but I picked up some books anyway. Used bookstores keep books relevant and out of landfills both. Gotta love that.

There is something for everyone's tastes and preferences. The owner and employees are all very friendly and knowledgeable. They'll gladly order what you'd like if you can't find it in stock. She often hosts events, so follow their Facebook page to learn more. Prices are reasonable and it's always hard to walk out with "just one more book." The store is located next to a lovely coffee shop: perfect combination for a new book to take with you as you sip and dine.
