They required a signature so I had to make sure someone was at the Airbnb at at all times ( out of town wedding for all involved). The tracking information indicated they would be delivered by noon on Thursday so I was not concerned until it approached 4:30 and there was no sign of the flowers and the tracking info was updated to say that they should arrive by end of day. Customer service was less than helpful as they indicated the flowers were in the hands of the carrier Fed EX. I had to get check out of our Airbnb on Friday morning by 10 am which I had indicated to both Fed Ex and Fifty Flowers. Still no flowers and I had sit waiting for this delivery! Flowers Flowers told me they cannot guarantee delivery of their product. My flowers arrived around 10:30 am and when we unpacked them they were disappointing to say the least. They did perk up after a few hours but we had to buy additional flowers to supplement the centerpieces. I would NEVER use this company again. I do not recommend! For our next wedding we will be using a local florist.

Checked delivery timeframes and entered the event date per their website so, "our team of flower experts ensure your flower order arrives on time" Flowers arrived too late for the event (the day of) and were wilted. Customer service calls went to voicemail as if the company was being run out of a garage. When I finally got a call back they blamed UPS for the delay, in other words, "not our problem." Well perhaps they should have shipped my order sooner, not taken the order, and not manipulate my expectations with false guarantees of the order being on time. When the flowers did arrive too late on the day of the event they were wilted after being delayed in the hot UPS truck or warehouse. So if your event is important, and the flowers are important, you will be taking a risk ordering from FiftyFlowers.com And if there is a problem, it will be YOURS not theirs.

I gave them my Aunt's number to coordinate the delivery and they were kind enough to arrange the delivery on Saturday when they are normally not doing deliveries. After Ashleigh quoted flowers for my wedding, we set up an appointment. We got in there and they're just in time busy with Mother's Day so I saw beautiful flowers in their shop.
