Apparently, ordering flowers from them with shipping is still a lot cheaper than Ordering in Hawaii --price of paradise, I guess... Anyway, after you place the order, you get a text confirmation and email. Someone also calls you the next day or the day after to confirm your order details. I ordered my birthday flowers, my Mother's Day flowers first and then my big order of wedding flowers. They came in as expected per delivery date, nicely packed in boxes and even a phone call to confirm delivery and directions! The only issue I had was that they called once to sub a greenery, which was fine as I'm not picky as long as it looks similar. They do look "thirsty" when you get them but the next day after some hydration, they're good to go!!

Checked delivery timeframes and entered the event date per their website so, "our team of flower experts ensure your flower order arrives on time" Flowers arrived too late for the event (the day of) and were wilted. Customer service calls went to voicemail as if the company was being run out of a garage. When I finally got a call back they blamed UPS for the delay, in other words, "not our problem." Well perhaps they should have shipped my order sooner, not taken the order, and not manipulate my expectations with false guarantees of the order being on time. When the flowers did arrive too late on the day of the event they were wilted after being delayed in the hot UPS truck or warehouse. So if your event is important, and the flowers are important, you will be taking a risk ordering from FiftyFlowers.com And if there is a problem, it will be YOURS not theirs.

The delivery person called me, but I was stuck in a work meeting and couldn't answer. No problem. They called back and informed me it was way too hot to leave her flowers at the door as I had originally suggested. I gave them my Aunt's number to coordinate the delivery and they were kind enough to arrange the delivery on Saturday when they are normally not doing deliveries. Well, my birthday girl was away today for the follow up delivery and again, I got another call. I…read morewanted to find a florist who would work within our limited floral budget, but i still wanted my flowers to pop and make a statement. Emily did it all. From her calm, professional demeanor, to her brainstorming funky, texturized flower ideas, to graciously replying every time I sent her a new favorite dahlia color during the farmer's market runs the summer before our October wedding, Emily took it all in, kept updating our proposal, and worked with me to make it all look fabulous. Some favorite aspects of our wedding flowers were my bouquet and the rituals she helped me create, as well as our reception arrangements, that tied the ritual and the reception flowers all together. Instead of having an army of bridesmaids, I had my girlfriends line the aisle and each hand me a different colored dahlia, which is the flower of San Francisco. There were about ten different girlfriends awaiting me with huge grins while I walked down with my dad. I highly recommend it! At the end, my bouquet was overflowing with femininity and it made not only my original bouquet stand out, but encircled it with a lot more color and excitement. It was like having two bouquets in one day! (see my photos here attached to review) What I also loved was that while brainstorming an alternative role for ringbearers, I explained a concept that my husband and I had learned and used from pre-marital counseling: the metaphor of extending an olive branch to say I'm sorry and move on from a disagreement. I told Emily I wanted to use this somehow in the ceremony and she recommended having the boys carry olive branches down the aisle and then later pause during the ceremony to explain this while the boys brought the olive branches up to the altar. This allowed the significance of the ringbearers to remain (something about boys turning into men on the wedding day, signifying the transition for my husband from "boy" to "man"), and then later she incorporated those olive branches into our buffet table arrangement, as well as the arrangement on the bar. Lastly, I loved how she created two different designs for our centerpieces. I'm not one for "matchy-matchy" flowers and I prefer for things to be different and funky, while also being polished and tasteful. Emily is the best florist for executing this exact thing. She helped me brainstorm flowers to add texture and funk. Plus, I'm now totally enamored with adding texture to my flowers (like I did by adding peacock feathers to my bouquet) as well as the new flower she introduced me to, celosia, which resembles underwater sea coral. I can't get enough of it (plus it lasts weeks in a vase at home!) Thanks, Emily. You have deep talent and lovely soul!

After Ashleigh quoted flowers for my wedding, we set up an appointment. We got in there and they're just in time busy with Mother's Day so I saw beautiful flowers in their shop. Ashleigh greeted me, she is nice and friendly. I like how she is being honest and not pushy. She even retype everything, attached some pictures and itemized the price, which is very honest and nice of her to do that. They don't have minimum order, and they even willing to drop the flowers at our first look spot for free - double check with this, they might charge you if it's certain distance. The bouquet I had was beautiful! I honestly didn't pay attention to close, I am regretting my self I didn't spend time with the bouquet a lot because hey it was my wedding and everything went SO FAST.
