I declined them, when I got to my appointment the receptionist took me back for the "pre-appointment" test and sure enough they were part of it. When I tried to explain that I declined them because I just had them completed at the VA and I only wanted my eyes checked for new glasses she said that had to have them. When I said that I was not going to pay the extra cost for them she very rudely told me that I couldn't see the doctor and that I had to leave the store. I tried to explain the the form I filled out allows you to decline the test but that didn't seem to matter to her. Worst customer service I have ever seen. I will never go to a Pearl Vision again. If I could give it 0 starts I would.

At Premier, I had Dr J.E.B. and found him to be patient and sincere when addressing my eye care. One thing I found interesting is the steps of the process (checking in, determining current vision measures, seeing the optometrist, etc) are all done separately. In this way, things move along, but I can see when one area could be backed up. However, I have not yet experienced this to occur. I have found the staff to be professionals and positive. Additionally, at the Hartzdale Dr location, there is ample parking with easy access to the front door.

I would never recommend the Harrisburg Budget Blinds to anyone. I tried to order them from the store my realtor told me to go to but everything at Budget Blinds is by zipcode. They are cheap.
