I can't even do the math on that. We were greeted the minute we walked in and told about the prices. The clerks were friendly and had cheat sheets to make pricing easy. They had fall bags in and summer lines were on clearance. The colors were great. I was looking for a backpack bag for an upcoming trip and they had several options. Most of the bags are made for the outlet, but there are always a few that are higher end bags (non outlet). They are located near the front of the outlet mall. There is some parking near the entrance, but you have to get there early to snag one.

I was a bit overwhelmed when it arrived because it required a fair amount of assembly and I've had bad experiences in the past; not from this company but with other products. Oftentimes products that require assembly do not come with good clear instructions. Or the parts are poor quality; threads strip, things break when you try to put them together, etc. I also don't have a great deal of patience when trying to work through projects like this because of lack of customer support or proper instruction. In the case of our Bedder Way bed, however, I was pleasantly surprised. It was still a bit of a project, as it took me over 3 hours to get it all together, although I was working at a somewhat slow, methodical pace as I followed along with the instructions. Whoever wrote the instructions deserves a Pulitzer prize because they could not have been more clear. Everything was explained in such a way that there was no confusion about how things were going to fit together. Parts were all clearly labeled with photographs. The instructions were careful to point out what the user needed to watch for before proceeding to the next step. Adequate warnings were given along the way, such as needing at least two people to lift the frame into place when mounting it to the wall and making sure you have it securely mounted to studs in the wall, or have another method that is equally secure. The quality of the wood and all the individual parts were top notch. I can't believe that such a project came together without me getting frustrated with the process at any point.

David was so helpful! He helped me pick out a few things for him. His definitely knows just stuff since he's been there for almost 20 years! Well I had to go back today because my dumb self accidentally grabbed the wrong size for a few things. Of course when I get to the register, I can't find my receipt, physical or in my emails. Shana (spelling? Im sorry), literally went through all the merchant copy of the receipts and found ours for us! Not only that but when we went to buy more stuff she gave us a discount. Michael Kors was a great addition to the Edinburgh Outlet Mall! The shop is located in the front of…read morethe mall with plenty of parking. Halley was super friendly, greeted us at the door, described the specials and helped answer questions. Halley told us that the Thanksgiving special was 75 percent off then an additional 15 percent. That must make it almost free, right? Nice leather totes were running about $100 and who doesn't need a new tote? The bags are classic and beautiful. It was hard for me to stay focused as I was not shopping for myself. I found a great wallet. They were using hand held chip readers to expedite checkout but the chip reader took about five minutes to process. Fortunately I was not in a hurry. No boxes provided but nice Michael Kors bag with my wallet wrapped in tissue paper. I'll be back, maybe tomorrow.
