Mind you I was very exited about these glasses I had tried on multiple pairs and these are the ones that I had my mind set on. They were the last pair of the particular ones I wanted so they were already an open box that other people had tried on... I begin to checkout and she had already taken 5-10 min to get to me and I was the only person in line. She then proceeds to tell me she cannot give me the discount bc they are NFL Licensed. I say but you said every pair of glasses is 20% off? She didn't seem to care and gave me no other option I asked if she could ring up a different pair of the same price. She wouldn't help me one bit even know it was already an open box.... but I did end up buying a pair from the totes sunglasses hut right next door! They gave me a 30%military discount on top of the 20%they were also very nice in terms of customer service.
