Store selection is still good okay, despite not having a Casual Male XL store anymore. The wife, kids and grandkids had a blast and stocked up on some quality gear. S/O to Under Armor for having some "Big Boy" sizes on site. I stocked up. We also got plenty of items from Bath and Body Works. They have some great men's products there. Typical Tanger shopping experience. Some stores are outlets not the majority are not. A wide variety of shops. A lot specialized in beach items. Shoes everywhere! Parking is in the center and it is a one way around the lot. There is a splash area in front of TJMax for the kids. A small drive thru Starbucks is in the entrance loop. read more

Okay, where do I begin. This outlet mall is beautifully laid out with a great mix of stores for every person's needs. We went to La Cruset for cooking supplies, Skeckers for sneakers, The dollar store, the tj maxx for elves on a shelf, chicos for clothes, and on and on. We were so happy. This outlet mall is so well laid out with so much variety in the store offerings. We shopped for hours and had a great time just looking too. I have been here more times than I can count since I was in my early twenties. It's a great place to shop and also grab a bite to eat while doing so. I remember spending the summers at my stepdad and moms house in Alabama and going to the beach every day and frequenting this place as much as possible either on my way there or on my way home as I always needed or wanted something at one of their many stores. Their selection of stores pretty much covers every aspect of your wants or needs like many other outlets, but what sets this place apart is its close proximity to the Gulf of Mexico and all that Gulf Shores, Fort Morgan, Orange Beach and Perdido Key has to offer. Great Food, Great Drinks, Great Entertainment, Great Beaches, Etc. This outlet is a bit off the beaten path, but it is a nice outlet with all of the usual stores found in the Tanger chain of outlets. It was a quiet night when I arrived with few people wandering. This on the Monday after Black Friday (maybe everyone was just shopped out). The place was clean and inviting and I would recommend this outlet to anyone who comes into the area. read more

Like any other Tanger outlet. Spread out. Hot. Amusement area was closed not sure Bc it was daytime and hot or Bc of covid. There's a mini golf area and carousels. Splash pad and mini rides. Clean bathrooms though. Some stores like Justice we're closed. A couple had lines to enter due to social distancing limits. Great sales at gap & jcrew. Restaurants and food court are open. read more

They have all your usual stored, but surprisingly me and my sisters agreed that their priced seemed higher than other outlets we go to.

Clean, full of shade, has a splash pad for kids, outdoor playground, tables with umbrellas outdoors, the list goes on! I love the colors here! Love the bright colors of the stores which reminds me of beach houses. This place is clean and well maintained. We had time to kill before checking into our place so we came out to browse. We found some good deals. We actually came back two times to the outlet mall during our vacation to Gulf Shores. The location is not very far at all. For my out of town folks, Foley has a 10.000% sales tax and the city charges a .500% use tax. The city's use tax helps keep the facility beautiful and for advertising. This place is in great shape. I haven't been to an outlet mall that has a splash pad or carousel. That's pretty awesome. I found some great deals here and will definitely come here again when in the Gulf Shores area. read more

I love this outlet mall as we do not have any enclosed malls here and in moving here i was afraid I would have to give up some of my favorite stores..Well to my surprise most of them are in this open air mall along with other cool stores.. i prefer an enclosed mall cause of the ac but you just have to plan to come here on a cool day and plan to drive to each section as the stores I like are spread all across it unless you have good knees and are very fit then its great exercise.. read more

It's tax free weekend here in Alabama and my sister suggested we come down to Foley to shop for our kids. So this is my first time here but didn't realize that Tanger was a National chain of outlet malls. We were just at one in TN last week. The selection of shops is great but you definitely should try to come early. Every shop closes early and sometimes at different times. Thanks COVID *sarcastic voice*. The good things are it looks like an entertaining place for kids and families. There's a mini golf course, playground, splash pad, carousel, and an indoor food court. Of course there are restaurants and eateries all around the mall. The food court is also where you can find the visitors' station. If you're a Tanger member you can pickup a free coupon book, or pay $5 for one. My sister is a member and got the coupon book. I'm only giving them 3 stars because it was frustrating shopping here and even trying to check in on Yelp itself. 1. I don't know if this Tanger location has signal blockers in place or if it's the way the mall is constructed, but I could not get a signal for the life of me! Even when I had my data roaming. It was so incredibly frustrating because I couldn't even pull up my apps for some of the stores I could earn extra savings on! 2. The different closing times from shop to shop was frustrating. I get the mall closing early. But some shops close at 5 others at 7. 3. The in shop WiFi was trash as well. Nike had the best free WiFi. But after that almost every other shop with its own free WiFi wanted you to signup for emails to use it. So I didn't get to check in to as many places as I could have. 4. You feel completely cut off from the world. It's crazy in there. And I'm not sure if they do it on purpose or not. I had no issues at the other Tanger locations I've visited. This one was a nightmare if you need access to WiFi. 5. I would only come back to this location if I absolutely had to. read more

I don't typically shop here but my father-in-law needed some clothes and he was able to locate some at the Wrangler Store. He likes the jeans that have the clip instead of a snap or button and they had his size and exactly was he wanted. I'm glad they had what he needed as well as a pair of Nikes from the Nike store. They were some he had seen and he liked what he found. It was a good trip for him, but for me personally I really don't find any deals here, plus during tourist season it is way too crowded, but it does bring in revenue and jobs for the area so it isn't all bad. read more

Some stores have awesome deals to not pass up, but there's a few that's way over my budget. Not many places in the shopping center to dine at, but I did notice a food court right near the playground area. After eating at Lambert's across the street, we ventured to Tanger to walk off the carbs and calories while swiping our credit cards at various stores. This location of Tanger has just about every Factory/Outlet store I like to shop at - J. Crew, Banana Republic, Kate Spade... etc. Most importantly, they have a Starbucks!! Tanger Outlets aren't usually known for having the super premium or luxury brands, but they do have some great middle-tier options. I also prefer this location of Tanger due to kinda being in the middle of no where (Foley, AL) so it didn't seem super crowded, although it was also a non-holiday Tuesday early afternoon. Great road stop if you're on your way back from the Gulf Coast and looking for a place to stretch your legs... and your wallets. read more

The Tanger Outlet is a great example of what an outlet mall should be. I expect an outlet mall to actually have stores I want to go to, and real deals. This mall has that, but it isn't perfect. The mall is quite large so plan on lots of walking. You will probably have to move your car several times if you plan to visit most of the stores. The food court is not good. It is large, but has only a few options. The Chinese food option was not good at all. If you visit during the summer, plan on sweating. While the walkway is covered there is no beating the heat. Fortunately most stores have excellent air conditioning. Even with the issues, this is a great outlet mall. Plan on spending plenty. I definitely recommend a visit if you're in the area. read more
