My youngest son has always been very found of knives and weaponry. So any trip with him to Gulf Shores is not complete until we go here to St Nick's Knives. I see that a lot of other reviewers have been unhappy with high prices but these guys have premium products like Spyderco, Gerber, Kershaw and much much more. Or even other reviewers unhappy about the 3% surcharge for credit card purchases. Well fellow consumers if you were not already aware, that's the same price each merchant has to pay for us to use our plastic cards, so this shop is simply passing on the cost to only those who use cards. At the time of pick up, they had not put the toners in the bag and thank goodness I noticed before leaving. Unfortunately, after mixing the bleach powder and applying it to my hair, I realized that they had put the wrong Ion Powder Lightener in the bag and I had applied "Ammonia-free" bleach to my hair. I called up there and one of the employees was nice enough to say I could come back up there and get two packs of the powder lightener that I ordered but I was unable to make it back there until this weekend. I called today to see if they could set those powder lighteners aside so I wouldn't have to drive all that way if they didn't have them but the manager said I'd have to pay for them or exchange the ones they mistakenly put in the bag. It's hard to exchange something you don't have anymore due to a mistake made by the store. Also, highly recommend looking up the two different packets Ion Powder Lightener and Ion Powder Lightener Ammonia-free and tell me they don't look exactly alike. It is wrong that I'm unable to get a refund or get the products that I ordered due to a mistake they made. Not to mention, the extra effort and time and money fixing my hair due to their mistake because the ammonia-free one does not develop the same.

When he drove thru the parking lot I thought he was going to open the doors but that was not the case. He didn't even look at me but went out where the lawn mowers were in the front and met someone else. I walked over and asked him if he was going to let me in and he said he was too busy and I could come back tomorrow. This was at 2:30 in the afternoon. It was supposed to be open. So today I stopped in there looking for several things to buy. I played a few guitars and was looking for a pa and a tablet. A guy came in with an autographed guitar and was standing right there. I asked the guy what kind of guitar it was and the owner told me to move away and I couldn't speak to his customer. I said "OK" and walked away. He kept yelling at me and I told him I just wondered what kind it was. It was autographed by several people from Nashville. I have been a writer, mastering engineer and publisher in Nashville for 30 years. l tried to walk away and look at the tablets but he kept yelling at me. Then he came from around the counter and kept yelling. I told him I didn't want to buy it....just wondered what kind it was. He told me to leave.....he didn't need my business or my kind in there. Well what kind does he need in there. I am a nice person. I told him he was being rude and he said "yes I am...I am an asshole" and I said " I'm not going to disagree with you on that". It is people like him that make the world a bad place. I am a 60 year old woman and very polite. When he said I could not talk to him customer I walked away. I was there to spend money...
