They will gladly adjust your glasses if you purchased them from WP. I've been in several times for this. Also I've had 3 pairs sent to me over the last 2 months, they always arrive quicker than expected, I get an email each time telling me they're won their way and when they're delivered and I just pop in the store to have them adjusted after they arrive. Because of a special circumstance (they put new lenses in an old frame they no longer carry) they were delivered to the store and I received an email and a call saying they were ready for me to pick up. I would never buy my eyeglasses anywhere else and I recommend them to everyone (I get compliments almost weekly on my glasses).
