The most amazing part is, I purchased a pair I thought was perfect but it ended up not working at all (I wear hearing aids, have a wide bridge but narrow face, etc. so I'm not an "easy fit"). I went back and they went the extra mile over and over to make sure I had a better pair that fit better, looked better and refunded me some money because the second pair was less expensive than the first. The 2 (only) 1 star reviews here ( from Last year ) are not reflective of the service I've received the last two months from WP in Greensboro. They will gladly adjust your glasses if you purchased them from WP. I've been in several times for this. Also I've had 3 pairs sent to me over the last 2 months, they always arrive quicker than expected, I get an email each time telling me they're won their way and when they're delivered and I just pop in the store to have them adjusted after they arrive. Because of a special circumstance (they put new lenses in an old frame they no longer carry) they were delivered to the store and I received an email and a call saying they were ready for me to pick up. I would never buy my eyeglasses anywhere else and I recommend them to everyone (I get compliments almost weekly on my glasses).
