They feature a fantastic array of glasses and very high tech equipment for assessing your eyes. I saw pictures of my optical nerve. Pretty wild! Thankfully everything looked good. They also tweaked my vision so I am seeing more clearly especially when driving in the darkness which has been a welcome improvement. She suggested a newer version of contact lenses for me which last longer (my preference - not a daily girl). & she even had her staff call nearby ophthalmologists for me to help me with something else!! Very happy I came here. It used to be a dollar general and still appears as one on Google earth but don't let it fool you. It's a very recently modernized facility with nice exam rooms and an extensive selection of glasses. They had brands like Tory Burch, Ray Ban, Longines, Anne Klein, Coach, etc. so a broad array and price point. The gal helping us with the eye glass frame selection was helpful and sweet. My youngest son has always been very found of knives and weaponry. So any trip with him to Gulf Shores is not complete until we go here to St Nick's Knives. I see that a lot of other reviewers have been unhappy with high prices but these guys have premium products like Spyderco, Gerber, Kershaw and much much more. Or even other reviewers unhappy about the 3% surcharge for credit card purchases. Well fellow consumers if you were not already aware, that's the same price each merchant has to pay for us to use our plastic cards, so this shop is simply passing on the cost to only those who use cards.
