Made a trip to Publix and called in to ask if the computer was back up and running which she claimed it was...upon return she still couldn't get the computer to work and acted like I had done something with the card reader which I hadn't touched anything. She then said she didn't know what to do and when I asked if I could come back she said probably not since she didn't know when it will work...Walked away and don't plan on returning. This would've been my fifth purchase but I found that Amazon is easier and cheaper.
