DIEGO is the one who the first to greet me and get me going to make my purchases 2 pairs of Prada sunglasses! Unfortunately the one of the Prada is not new and Diego try to order online that also a fail because it sold out! But the good news is I end up with a pair of Prada for my Self and now in search for my wife Prada sunglasses! Lastly Sky also awesome he actually walked to the other store to check if the glasses I'm looking for my wife available or not because the other store by adidas not picking up their phone! Go to suite 1314!!!! I bought a pair of xl Holbrook Oakley's from Christopher. He was so helpful. Asked me what kind of shades i preferred the shape tint and style. He pulled a bunch of different kinds. When i liked one kind he pulled another pair and made sure the ones i wanted i fell in love with. At the end i was stuck between two pairs. He told me stand outside. Put one on. Then out the other one on. Instantly i knew which ones i wanted to buy. I completely fell in love. Unfortunately when i was at a training session out of state they broke. I went to the outlets across town and they didn't have the exact pair. They called multiple stores and called the Sunglass hut at 1314 and they had a pair! She told me some incorrect information but i drove to this one thinking it was correct. At first i walked into the other Sunglass hut at this outlets mall. They were very dismissive. I got frustrated and out of breathe i went to ste. 1314. The manager Janeth unfortunately got the end of my frustration but she was very sweet and professional and told me the information i received was incorrect and that i would have to pay for a new pair. Long story short. I called customer service to figure out what my options were because i drove and sat in traffic and was dismissed by another store. Basically. I was upset. I calmed down after talking to customer service. walked back into the store. Customer service confirmed the information i received was incorrect and they gave janeth the go ahead to exchange my broken Pair for a new one. Janeth and Christopher were so amazing. Janeth handled my attitude with extreme professionalism and her customer service game was on point!!! I completely recommend this location. When you are walking from the garage -DO NOT go into the first Sunglass hut. Walk further down and go to the second one. They are so much friendlier there. thank you store 4266!!! read more

There are 2 Sunglass Hut stores at Las Vegas North Premium Outlet Mall. We visited both. The smaller store had less selection and not so good service. The larger store had good service and a larger selection. Make sure to check out their Clearance section! Lots of name brands at discounted prices! Need some patience to browse through them all, but you may get lucky. My wife scored two sweet deals with the help of a couple of nice staff members. Very good experience! Need sunglasses? I have been an avid supporter for Sunglass Hut stores but this one in particular in the Las Vegas North Premium Outlet has the very worse customer service. I bought a pair of sunglasses for over $300 and in less than a month had defects already. They refuse to help me and deferred me right away to the manufacturer. I then went to a different Sunglass Hut location and manager helped me and replaced the sunglasses without any issue. The customer Service in this location is not consistent as this location at the Las Vegas North Premium Outlets did not want to keep up the customers service as other Sunglass Hut has. read more

It's clear through the other reviews that I'm not alone here. The employees at this location are unethical. Need to be investigated ASAP. Tried to sell us a damaged pair then said couldn't find any new ones in back. Instead of letting us know that there's a second location a few stores down from them they pressure us to order online-put wrong address and wrong name so still haven't received it because of the employees incompetence. When I saw second location walking through outlet I went inside and what do you know... they had the glasses in stock. Do not go to this smaller location. Be warned. read more

They've really upped their game in customer service. The way they treated me was amazing. I had a specific type of sunglasses in mind but I didn't know the name of that type. Yazmine and María were so patient with me as I described what I was looking for. Even when it seemed like I was going to leave they did not pressure me to hurry up, they simply just told me I was more than welcome to take my time or to come back if I'd like. This is a great Sunglass Hut at the outlet mall. they have a huge selection and there since it's an outlet the prices are a lot better than the standard Sunglass Hut. it's located at the premium outlet on Charleston Boulevard. I bought a pair of Ray-Bans that are normally $119 I got it for $79. If you're on the strip bar near the small and you need a pair glasses this is a really good place. read more

Talk about SCORE! I came here the day after Black Friday (11/26/11) and they had this awesome deal running where you buy one pair of sunglasses and you get the second pair for free. When I walked into this place it was a mad house! People everywhere. It eventually slowed down and the salesman was able to help me pick out of pair of Prada sunglasses with polarized lenses. He then showed me the 5 cases in which I was allowed to pick out a free pair of sunglasses. These cases included designer frames from: Versace, Tory Burch, Ralph Lauren , Armani Exchange, Marc Jacobs and a few other brands whose names escape me at the moment. The salesman was very patient with me as I know I can be indecisive when I am shopping. But he was really great and I eventually found a pair of sunglasses that I really liked from some high end Italian designer I had never heard of named Emilio Pucci (yes, Pucci. Not Gucci. LOL). The Emilio Pucci sunglasses were of very nice quality and were made in Italy unlike the sunglasses I saw from Tory Burch and Ralph Lauren, Marc Jacobs that were made in China. The quality of the frame was very much like the Prada ones I was going to purchase. What was really sweet about these Pucci glasses was that they were originally $400, but were marked down to $199.00, but because of the the special they were having, I got them for FREE!! :) :) So at the end of the day I had a pair of Prada sunglasses and a pair of Emilio Pucci sunglasses. :) Overall, I was very pleased with the customer service provided to me by the staff at the Sunglass Hut as well as the selection and quality of their merchandise. If you are looking to buy a pair of sunglasses, I would suggest stopping by here if you are in the area. Also, if they ever have a buy one get one for free sale, I HIGHLY recommend that you take advantage of it. :) **BTW, before I purchased my sunglasses from here, I purchased a pair of Gucci sunglasses from Solstice Sunglass Boutique. After I purchased my sunglasses from Sunglass Hut, I returned the Gucci's to Solstice and told them the reason why. The Solstice salesman said, "Wow! That is a great deal! I was in this location in 2/25/15 and a very lovely sale rep who's name I forgot was excellent at assisting me in finding my husband and myself some eyewear she adjusted the ear rest showed us lots of styles I was so happy with the service that I spent close to $800.00 and I was only in Vegas to get Married. Went in here with my $100 gift card I got for christmas. I went in the bigger store first but I didn't like anything so I went in the smaller one and when I finally found something I liked they were like oh we are only taking cash right now. WTH!!! They sell their own gift card yet they don't accept their own gift cards at the moment! She couldn't even tell me if they would be able to accept it the next day or not. Didn't even offer to order it online for me or anything after all that time I spent in there, they could at least let their customers know they are not accepting there own gift cards. Total waste of time. Good thing it was a gift card because I will not spend my own money here ever. read more

So my wife, kids, and I wandered in to this store today while poking around the Outlet mall. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted, directed casually to all the sections of the store (no pressure), then given a personal shopper to help me pick out the right pair of glasses. After help from Kym picking out the perfect Maui Jims she let me know if I purchased a second pair I got a $50 discount. So of course we ended up with some Ray-Bans too. Not only was my associate awesome, but I interacted with at least 4 people in the store that were A+. I am not usually wow'd enough to Yelp businesses, but this crew did deserve it today.
