Ok. Broke my only pair of glasses so I had to go to the nearest optometrists or at least eyeglass shop for repair. Unfortunately, unrepairable but they were helpful with adding the missing screw and some tape. Of course I recieved this service because I needed to get new frames anyway. I previously purchased frames and lenses from this location. I had a great interaction with no issues at all. I recently purchased new frames from a lux brand and decided to pay LensCrafters to replace my lenses. I dropped off my frames in great condition enclosed in a "Gentle Monster" plastic case that was inside of a soft case. Upon my arrival, I noticed my glasses were only inside the soft case with the old lenses still rolling around. I was so excited to try them on that I didn't notice all the scratches on the acetate. The "Gentle Monster" plastic case must have been thrown away. I understand that I didn't buy the frames from LensCrafters, however they did not have to handle my frames like hardware. Everybody else's frame was inside of a hard case. There was no precaution or sympathy when I explained the situation. This staff lacks integrity and are desperate to make a quick commission. read more

A review much needed as I have consistently received excellent care and attention with the Lens Crafters Fashion Show location with both Mario and Alondra. On two separate occasions, I was able to coordinate the transfer of my existing lens prescription from California to Las Vegas and fulfill them electronically with ease, and follow-up, delivery post visit. Retail can be quite a busy environment, but I felt Mario and Alondra really connected with their patients and listened with exceptional care while fulfilling my request in a short window timeframe. I needed an everyday pair of glasses. My vision insurance is not accepted by my optometrist in Cali, but LensCrafter does. I opted for Ray-Ban Mega Wayfarer, which was I stock. Joey, was the optician and got me measured, and cleaned my current eyewear in 15 minutes! Ready in a week or so! read more

Really appreciated the great customer service at this Lens Crafters and the optometry office inside (Vegas Valley Eye and Vision). Easy to make an appointment (online or by phone), efficient check-in process and very friendly and knowledgeable staff, throughout. Seemed to have the newest technology (including a couple machines I hadn't seen before which made the experience much faster and easier!) and great optometrist, Dr. Cao. Plus, when I was starting new vision insurance had an issue with the start date not kicking in, they went above and beyond to help me figure out the issue and call me back once it was resolved to reschedule my appointment. Highly recommend and will definitely go back when I need new glasses or contacts prescription! read more

I forgot my &@#%€*! work glasses again! I forgot them yesterday too and struggled through the day trying to read the data that flows across my workstation. Important stuff like dollars, cents and confirmations. Yesterday was tough and I'll be dangged if I will go through that again. I went to Fashion Show mall to buy a new pair. The first place was too fancy. They could make a pair but I needed them now. No suggestions where I should go. Their lighting was bad anyway. I asked a sunglasses kiosk located near LensCrafters if they had readers and though she didn't she referred me to LensCrafters. They must have been bored as the greeting came from three directions as did the smiles. The person helping me, Juan, was helpful, knowledgeable and informative. I found my glasses, perfect for reading my computer screen with the blue filter and was in and out in 5 minutes. Important as I had to get to work. Sorry some had bad experiences but mine rocked! Javier and Juan were awesome and so is everybody else that works there. We walked in because my husbands lens fell out of his glasses and they fixed them for him with no charge but we did donate to a charity that they support and it's called insight and they help young people get glasses.. Next time we have the problem with our glasses, we will go there! We will not be returning to Oakley because they can't seem to fix the dang glasses. Went in for a eye exam, ordered glasses and it's been a week and a half and I still don't have them yet. Called and young lady told me the end of the week. It's Saturday and I have called several times to follow up and I keep getting a recording. This is not the place for quick turn around or for folks to pick up the phone. Update...last week they said the lab was finishing up the glasses today I'm told they are about to be shipped to the LensCrafters but they don't have tracking information!! I've been a regular at this location for at least five years now. Everyone is helpful and knowledgeable. I would like to mention Mario in particular, who inspired me to write this review. My half-rim glasses frame had snapped, and I walked in expecting to be told I had no choice but to get new ones. I was glad to see Mario again when I got there, as he had helped me adjust my frames once before. When I showed him my broken glasses, he told me without hesitation that they could be fixed no problem. About five minutes later, my glasses were once again good as new, and I have his expertise to thank for it. Mario really saved the day! read more

Attn: store manager. I ordered one pair of frames with blue light blocking lenses as well as a set of lenses for my own frames. At the time of sale the associate said it wouldn't be a problem. I picked up my blue light frames a few weeks later no problem. MONTHS.... MONTHS later I go back in the store because I have NOT received a call about my other frames and I'm tired of waiting. I ask if my frames and ready and the associate can't find them, she searched with my maiden name and married name and couldn't find anything. Eventually she returns from the back and says that the lenses and frames were filed away and STILL haven't been put together. I won't be purchasing lenses or frames here going forward. MONTHS without my new lenses... Note from the visit when I purchased: Sales associates are hungry for sales which is off-putting. read more

Melody was so helpful. I had an eye exam at another location and they didn't have much inventory, instead of taking the time to help me find the frames I wanted they said they would call me when their shipment came in. I came to the fashion show knowing they keep a large stock and still couldn't find the right frames for me. Melody helped me find a pair online by comparing similar frames that were actually sunglasses. I ended up ordering a pair of eyeglass frames online with her and getting a pair of prescription sunglasses. She was so patient and even upgraded my lenses at no additional cost due to the size of my frames. While visiting Las Vegas I had trouble getting a contact lense out. I headed to Lens Crafters to see if they could remedy this. The greeter was a friendly older gentleman who took me straight back to the Dr's reception area. The male who greeted me was friendly, engaged, and understanding. He got me in to see Dr. Sorgentoni almost immediately. Dr. Sorgentoni is what every Dr should be. He was also friendly, compassionate, understanding, and informative. Located on the first floor of the fashion show mall, park on Dillard's side for easy access. Had an amazing experience here, everyone was very friendly and helpful. They really do have 5 star service, I was helped by dr. Sargentoni and he was very helpful and knowledgeable. Even the salespeople were helpful. They have a big selection of frames, I ended up getting contacts and a pair of glasses. Will be back for my vision needs, I highly recommend you coming here at well. I own a nice pair of Prada sunglasses that I rarely wear because they were so expensive, but go figure, I wore them and a screw detached and the lens popped off. I brought them back to the Sunglass Hut on the upper level at Fashion Show Mall, where I first bought them, but they declined to work on them and said take them to Lens Crafters. Thats what I did. I walked in and was greeted by Mario. He gladly accepted the challenge and said to give him twenty minutes. When we came back my Prada sunglasses were as good as new and as a bonus, he cleaned them up. He didn't charge us and said "come back if you need anything else from us." That is what we will do. While on vacation in Vegas, my wife lost her glasses. Originally we were going to wait until we got back home to replace them, but unfortunately she can't read with out them and after the first night of trying to read everything to her, we just gave up and decided to buy her a new pair. Since she had her prescription at Lenscrafter's back home, we went to the closest one in hopes they could help us out. We arrived and explained our predicament to the gentleman that approached us. He was friendly, nice and very understanding. He looked up her prescription and we started the process of buying her new glasses. Because we needed them ASAP, he did everything to make sure we could get them in an hour, even if that meant we couldn't get some of the fancier lenses. He went for speed, not the sale. There was a problem with ringing up her glasses that resulted in him having to back out of the charge to her card. In doing so it locked up the card and we were not able to get it to run again. The only other way to pay is if it came out of our vacation fund, and we really didn't want to do that. He told us to go to lunch, and when we came back the glasses would be done and he'd do what he could. We get back and the situation with the card was not resolved, but he had an alternative. He gave us a copy of the voided out charge and then ran a manual version of it that they have when there are "system issues". She was able to get her glasses and not have to pay for it from our vacation funds. Then to find out, he was one of the managers, and for the inconvenience he gave us an additional 20% off the frames. I couldn't ask for better service. Yes, it was their mistake running it wrong, but they resolved it in a matter that put no hardship on us. Thank you! read more

I went here a few days ago since my eye doctor is only available on Saturdays and I was way overdue for a new pair of glasses and an eye exam. To be honest, I've always been leary of getting my eyes checked or getting my glasses from the mall. We looked around other stores inside the mall but LensCrafters had more selections and the glasses I wanted. The new patient process wasn't too bad. I had to fill out about 3-4 pages of paperwork. My insurance was out-of-network but they gave me a discount on my eye exam and glasses. The eye exam was a bit more thorough than what I'm used to. Dr. Le went over my results and addressed any concerns I had. He's very professional. After my eye exam, I picked out the pair I want. We came back after about an hour to pick up my glasses. I'm used to waiting for a week to get my glasses after an eye exam so picking up on the same day was pretty sweet foreign concept to me! read more

I went to this establishment because I had a contact stuck in my eye. I was charged almost $200 for the doctor to remove the contact. She acted like she was afraid to touch me. She treated me like I had the plague. She was the most aloof and unfriendly doctor I have ever been to! Poor bedside manner. Very dissatisfied with how she treated me. The only reason I gave one star was because the optical assistant was helpful and kind. Don't go here if you have an issue. read more

It was a blurry moment. I came to Vegas and left my extra contacts at home. Who know daily contacts didn't constantly clone themselves in my makeup bag?! The rub is this--if you've read any of my reviews, one in particular should indicate to you that I just don't DO eye doctors. They are magnificent scholars of the sclera and cornea; but I'd just rather not have them poke around my second cranial nerve. This has nothing to do with my experience here so I'll digress. I walked in like a cast member of TWD looking for someone to dispense to me an emergency set of contacts. I walked out five minutes later with a five-day pack of MYYY BRANNDD!!! Very surprised there are so many bad reviews! I had a very pleasant experience. I made my appointment online, it was confirmed the day before, front office staff was a little awkward, but they were nice. I saw a Dr. S (the entire last name was super long, so I don't remember rn), and he was great! I also work in the healthcare field, and was very impressed. This is probably the best experience I've had at an eye doctor, I wasn't pressured into buying on site either, which I absolutely LOVED! The doc gave me a prescription for glasses and contacts, and I ended up buying contacts through here anyways because of how nice the salesmen were as well. I will definitely be coming back & making my all of my fiancé's & my future appointments here! read more

this review is directly because of a lady named Maja. I usually go to the Eastern Location, but I needed my new glasses adjusted. The first time I went, she argued with me that they couldn't be adjusted because they were plastic... this is false but she released some of the pressure from my head on my first pair, at least until I had time to go to my location to get them properly done. The second time I came in with the same pair but a duplicate pair to get them loosened a bit because it was really hurting me. She argued with me and bent my glasses all around. She then proceeded to heat it up and had attitude and made me out it on. She kept arguing with me saying that they can't be adjusted and was rude and sarcastic asking if it was better. SHE DID NOT COOL THE ARM OF MY GLASSES AT ALL BEFORE HANDING IT TO ME AND IT BURNED MY EAR. I GOT UP. took both my glasses and said this was horrible service, you burned me. She asked if I wanted a tissue? WHAT IS THAT GOING TO DO!? I got up and left. My ear is red and burning now because of you. MAJA your customer service and attitude is awful. I gave you two chances. My backup pair of glasses accidentally got crushed and I was long overdue for an eye exam, so I scheduled the exam at the LensCrafters office attached to this location and I got an exam & new Rx for lenses from Dr. Nass, a wonderful and kind optometrist who recently joined their team...He has many years of experience and an impressive background and taught me some important things about my eyes that I was not aware of. I then went next door to the LensCrafters to get new glasses. The staff in both offices are great, IMO -- both the LensCrafters store and the Eye Doctor office attached to it right next door. The staff here are not focused on selling you stuff, just taking care of your eyes and what is right for you. I have been going here for a long time and it has always been good but the current staff they have is excellent. Obviously frames & lenses are not cheap, and your eyes are extremely important - to say that taking good care of your eyes (as we get older) is vital is a huge understatement -- get them checked regularly by pros like the ones they have at this location. read more

Excellent customer service. When I entered I was immediately greeted and helped. I came here to get my LV sunglasses which I had purchased two days before my trip to Vegas. I didn't realize till I actually wore it today that the fit isn't perfect on me and this is style "E" for eastern nose bridge. Came here for an adjusted and the staff that helped me was very pleasant and made the adjustment right away. I'm so happy my sunglasses fit perfect and no longer falls of my face. read more

Terrible, over priced products with Charlatans attempting to convince you its all normal. Disappointing experience.

Very unprofessional and too many transfers to find an answer. At first I dial the number, after 4 minutes of bunch of nonesense offers that I don't even need or even pertain to my call finally a human answer to transfer me to "The doctor" then after waited again finally another "rhonda" lady answer to transfer me to "Scheduling" 16 minutes on hold for "scheduling" to answer somebody answer and cut my call. That was a good 25/30 minutes waste of my time. Just remember that most of us who call we dont need to be 8hrs answering calls or wait 30 minutes for a YES or NO answer. Very disappointed read more
