Purchased these online and after a few days of use the lenses were dirty. So, like I have done with all my other sunglasses, I attempted to clean the lenses with eyeglass cloth. After rubbing for a minute I noticed that the cloth was black and that the matte black finish had RUBBED OFF! On top of that I was not allowed to return or refund. They only offered a $10 off discount. How does $10 being to cover $55 glasses. PLEASE shop elsewhere. read more

My friend wanted a new pair of sunglasses so we stopped in here. We browsed the store for a while before she finally decided on a pair. They had a sale while we were there buy 2 get 15% off. I'm not a big fan of none designer sunglasses but I also decided to get a pair to take advantage of the discount. I needed a cheap pair of sunglasses for Havasu this year and these were big and dark enough. I also got a case that was a pink iridescent color which I think is why I bought the glasses in the first place solely because of the case. Staff was friendly and helpful. So I came here over a year ago had great service bought a few pairs and was recently in Vegas again. One of the pairs I bought last year came apart soon as I put them on I was so upset because I never worn them and I live in hawaii so I was like perfect I can take them and see what they can do. Me and a friend went shopping to do the 2 for 1 deal for the last day and we were super excited until one of their employees Tiffany was super rude not welcoming at all !! We would try glasses on and she would literally throw them in a plastic bin with attitude! She made me feel so uncomfortable to even try anymore on I ended up buying ones I didn't really like! Purchased a pair of sunglasses and within 2 days of wearing them a screw fell out. Came back to the shop looking for a repair kit and was told to bring in the glasses and they would be repaired. Came back to the store and this time was told they could not fix the glasses because they no longer carry that style and there was nothing else they could do. I was going to be stuck with my brand new glasses as is. Horrible customer service from the staff, shoddy craftsmanship from the brand. There is a reason these glasses are this cheap. If they break, the company can't stand by their product. Spend your time and money elsewhere. read more
