Yesterday, I had two of my wife's Gucci eyeglasses 100% repaired professionally and at no-cost, as advertised! One of the eyeglasses had a loose screw and glass. He performed all of the testing himself; quite unusual in today's fast paced world where quantity is prioritized over quality. He took the time to answer all my questions and performed a thorough eye exam. I did require a change in my prescription and James discussed options with me. I was given the option to replace the lenses in my existing frames! This surprised me as most opticians want to generate more profit by selling new frames to their customers. It is more of a small boutique eyewear office, which was one of the things we really liked about it. They have designer frames, like Cartier, Gucci, Tom Ford, Jimmy Choo and many more, to choose from! They also have a lot of the same choices, in sunglasses. Right now on their website, they are advertising 20-30% off. If you have vision insurance, they will give you a receipt, to turn into your insurance company. They are an owner operated business. The owner is a World Class Optometrist, and he has been there for 15 years. They give you one on one personal service, which is tough to get, at other like businesses. They will also repair your glasses for you, no matter where you purchased them! They have a community outreach program. If you bring in your old eyeglasses, that you aren't using anymore, they will refurbish them and give them to people in need of glasses, that aren't able to get them on their own. I have had no luck finding a frame that I like and that looks good on me where I live, which is out of state by the way. while visiting family here in Las Vegas I decide to look at some frames. After selecting a few places to look The first place I go is J Crimi Eyewear Boutique, and it turned out that was the only place I needed to go. I immediately found a beautyful frame that looked great on me. I was leaving for home in two days and my prescription is a progressive lens which i have been told takes a while to make from other eyeglass sellers.
