When I walked in, the team was gathered at the front talking and the energy was not welcoming. When Kayla approached me, it felt like I was interrupting her rather than being helped. I explained that I wanted to use my insurance before the year ends and was interested in Burberry, Tom Ford, and Prada frames. As I tried on glasses, she told me, "I don't like those on you," and when I looked at her, she brushed it off with, "sorry, I'm blunt." When I asked for help finding tortoise or cat eye frames, she told me to look around, check the drawers, or search online. It came across very clearly that she did not want to assist me. After giving my full name, date of birth, and last four of my social, she still told me I'd need to go in-network because she wasn't sure what my benefits were. The lack of effort was frustrating. Overall, the service was poor and not worth the visit. I'll continue shopping in Green Hills for designer frames where the customer service is consistently better. Based on my experience, it seemed like she was more focused on getting to her break than helping a customer. I was on a call in my car and saw her leave and return with Starbucks so maybe I was holding her up.

I spent over $150 on a contact lens fitting and lenses, only to be given a prescription that is completely wrong. I cannot wear these contacts. When I confronted them about why the contact prescription doesn't match my glasses (which I never asked to change), the front desk made excuses about pricing rather than fixing the medical error. ​They are now evading all responsibility and claiming the prescription is 'correct' despite the fact that I cannot see. This is a scam and a danger to patients. I have already filed a complaint with the State and the BBB. Avoid this place at all costs if you actually want to see clearly. The only time I go here is for contacts at LensCrafters, or to visit the bar that's attached. They do have a few good stores, but this mall is definitely not my first stop. Now, after saying all that. They are getting an amazing movie theater (you know the one with comfy seats, and you can order a drink and food from your seat) in the upcoming year. I'm sure this is going to bring more stores and options to this mall. We will see!

Sole gripe is frame choices is fewer than traditional optical stores, and choices unavailable online to shop in advance. I had no difficulty finding a pair that fit and I liked. Delivery promised in 1-2 weeks. If you have an optical plan, then you are reimbursed; Costco does not accept pay reassignment...I guess to keep administrative costs down.
