The walkways and grounds are always neat, clean and well maintained. The restrooms are okay, but it would have been nice if they had paper towels to dry your hands. I hate those air dryer things. The location is good because there's a nice hotel nearby and decent eating options. If you're thinking about visiting, consider the cooler months because it's no fun walking to the different stores in hot temperatures.

I ordered a pair of Hoka's on their website. They had the shoe, I paid, they gave me an order…read morenumber and sent me the order number email and also an email saying my shoes were shipping soon. Then, 7 days later I get an email saying they didn't have the shoes and to order from someone else if I wanted that particular shoe. Are you kidding me? what they did was sell them to someone who came in and not me who ordered them online to be shipped! Terrible customer service...and the worst thing was they were a Christmas gift and now can't find them anywhere!
