I understand when people say "I'd give them no stars if there was an option". I went there to get an XBOX system (the last new one??) when they first came out. I was the 6th person in line, they only had 3 , 2 got sold (cause they would call out each time). They tried telling me they sold out when in fact they didn't. I'm sure one of the coworkers parted the system for themselves. I called corporate they told me I'd receive a phone call from that store and 4? Almost 5 years later??? Still waiting for that call. The staff here is always great. This location and Jacksonville have the best customer service. Michael, the store manager, is great! Everytime I've come in and needed assistance or suggestions, he helps without fail and is always friendly. I've come in looking for items that said would be in stock in store by a certain date, and he has taken the time to break it all down what the date means and how their inventory works. Really helpful so I'm not making unnecessary trips looking for that hot toy or something my kid is eyeing. Gamestop prices are ridiculous, yes, but it's gamestop. They've always been like that. Sign up for pro to earn points that you can use for money off to help out. Try and wait for when games are marked down about 6 months after release and further... but the staff can't help that. This place is a total waste of time sold us a Xbox s 6 months ago we had the protection plan they would not replace it because it wasn't on the receipt in the computer but was on our digital receipt. Most games we have bought are so scratched you can't play them. The staff is very uninformed and most are kids that probably only sit around and play out their games but no nothing of the machines. read more

I normally don't leave feedback on a store I visit. But I have been a customer and pro member of GameStop since 2012 and have been going to this particular GameStop regularly for the last six years. So believe me when I tell you, I know a good GameStop when I see it and this GameStop is one! My experience here has always been good to great and fair on some occasions but I always say, A business is only as good as the ones who run it and The current manager of this GameStop Winter is hands down the best manager and employee I have done business with in any GameStop. She has always been kind, helpful, and welcoming every time I come in the store or anyone else comes in. She works hard to make sure that the store is clean, organized, well stocked, and that her customer's questions are answered and taken care of. And she tries hard to train her staff to do the same.
