Like a true professional, he worked out the issue, traced it to the pump (which was not where it was supposed to be) and replaced it. Although the pump had to be ordered, it was worth the extra two day wait to have it done correctly. Mike carried a similar pump, but he knew it would have been too powerful, so he suggested doing the right thing and he made a second trip back. Cared for our property from start to finish by cleaning up afterwards, cleaned off our tarp and put our hose away. Like he was never ever there. A true professional AND the only person we would call to inspect and service our unique water feature.

Then I walked into Shane's store. Shane spent a full hour talking with me, answering every single question I had (and I had a LOT). You can tell immediately how knowledgeable he is, not just from what he says, but from how clearly he explains things. He didn't rush me, didn't make me feel silly for being a beginner, and he gave me honest guidance about what I actually need instead of trying to upsell anything. What stood out the most is how much he cares about people having a successful experience. He offered support for anything I might need going forward--advice, troubleshooting, product suggestions, all of it. It's rare these days to find someone who genuinely wants to help you succeed, and Shane absolutely does. From the service to the final result.. it's all so good! First impressions: They are always busy so make sure you make an appointment at least a week out or 2-3 if it's near a big holiday. Whether it's just taking your info or walking you through various products that they offer that may benefit your pups skin or coat. For example my little girl had some really dry skin towards the end of fall and they let me try a hemp based shampoo.. was amazing! Now it's my go to in the colder months. The attention they give to the animals is remarkable. My pup loves going in and getting a bath from Frances. She does SUCH a great job. This is a regular service I book in multiple states as we travel often for work. Two and a half hours later the service provider called me to pick him up. I get there my dog is still wet, smelly, shedding hair all over, and his sweet demeanor is shattered. He is shaky, whiny, and clearly traumatized by his experience with Heather. Now as for Heather, she is full of excuses. She is very flippant with me as I am telling her this service has been done successfully many other occasions at other locations. I am asking questions to understand what went wrong with no clear answers. Manager on duty did not seem interested in actually finding out what is happening (playing my on her phone) and what Heather did to my dog. She clearly wanted me out of the store because other customers are seeing me angry and questioning. Especially my dog's mental state after the incident. She cleared the service charge. However, this is a warning for other people on the safety of their pet. I don't care about the money. My dog is still shaking and visibly upset. Any person who has ever met my dog says how sweet and well trained he is. This is unacceptable..and Heather does not need a job with animals.
